"Iruka-sensei, what's this all about?" asked Konohamaru.

"Do you remember that you recorded me, before?" said Iruka-sensei, reminding the young Sarutobi.

"Huh? Oh yeah... That boring message with no style or punch?" recalled Konohamaru.

"C'mon, don't say that. Could you just use that one?" suggested Iruka.

"But, you said, you wanted to re-do it, so I've been waiting around this whole time!" the Sarutobi complained

"I'm sorry about that... But the more i think about it, the less sure I am about what to say to Naruto." explained Iruka-sensei.

"But you held out for so long, so you should just make up your mind and send him a cool, heartfelt message, okay? You're the only one left!"

"I'm sorry. I'll treat you to a bowl of ramen next time, so please forgive me! Okay?" said Iruka impersonating himself, eating a bowl of ramen.

"Hey! Tsukune, Sansho, Mibuna! You were messing around with the Third Hokage's statue again, weren't you?!" exclaimed Iruka, running off to lecture and yell at the kids.

"I can't believe it's almost next week... You know... Naruto's wedding? Will you be making an official congratulatory speech?" stated an anonymous turquoise-eyed girl to Iruka.

When Iruka noticed her presence, he quickly stated, "Oh no... I think Lord Hokage will be taking care of that." He then looked outside the window and saw a swing, in which Naruto used to sit on when upset.

Iruka-sensei was walking along the side of a lake in sunset when he heard a familiar voice, "Iruka-sensei!"

When Iruka confirmed who it was he turned around and said "Oh, you're Ichiraku'—" he trailed off.

It was Ayame-chan holding a bag. When she was close enough she had noticed that Iruka wasn't in his normal state.

"Is something the matter? You haven't been around at all lately." Ayame asked, looking slightly concerned.

"Oh, I just wanted to hold off until I figured out what to say for the message that Konohamaru asked me to do. I have to practice some self-restraint." he said, holding up a bag of vegetables.

"So... Did you finish your message?" she asked excitingly.

"Well...uh..." he trailed off. "I'll stop by again soon." he said ignoring her previous question in which he didn't want to answer. "Please say hello to your dad" he said before walking away leaving Ayame-chan hanging with her confused face.

"What ? That's easy!" Iruka overheard a boy sitting on a swing saying.

"Then do it! Jump to here!" another boy said, holding a stick and pointing with it to the ground dared.

The boy sitting on the swing swung higher than before, then jumped of the swing. The boy fell harshly on his bottom, 10 inches away from the point that the stick was pointing at.

"Oww!" the boy cried out in pain.

"I knew it." the boy holding the stick simply stated.

"Shut up!" the other boy yelled. Getting of his bottom, "I won't lose at fence-jumping though!" the boy betted.

After experiencing the scene in front of him, Iruka-sensei looked at the swing the boy had previously been on and recalled Naruto thanking him for acknowledging him.
