Lunch ended and as Dove, Spencer and I walk to film making Dove asks me that most random question, "Can i interview for the school news?" Her eyes blinked fast and were staring down into my soul. The only thing I didn't want was to make myself noticed, but if I was going to become friends with these people. I guess I am going to need to do them favors. "Sure, why not."

After school I came to a surprise when my aunt was potentially waiting for me. At first I thought she was possibly dead, her corpse is laying in a dumpster or some creepy ally way and I'm seeing her apparition. After rubbing my eyes for five minutes I believe that this is my living aunt Grace. "Aunt Grace, what are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be at work", I question her. Her eyes widen and gives me a look, "I decided to take the day off wait for you to come home so we can bond. Whether we play games or sit and talk while watching a movie it doesn't matter, as long as I get to hang out with my niece." The problem with my aunt's idea for bonding isn't so much my scene. My idea of "hanging out" is going to the movies; you can figure out a person by what they wear to the movies, what they like to snack during the movie and what movie do they choose. Also it gives you a purpose for not conversating with them. But as I continue to think carefully about my response I look at my aunt who is desperate for a yes. "Ok, what game should we start with?" My enthusiasm might be forced but I am trying something I am not so comfortable with, so she should cut me some slack. "How about Rummy?" I give my aunt a look that says "What is that". My aunt gives me her philosophical look and explains me the game. I didn't realize it was at first a non-drinking game and secondly that it delt with numbers and counting. This should be easy.

"Eli we will need a writing pad to keep score, can you get the one that's in my office. It should be on top of my desk." For my aunt giving me permission to walk in her office and let alone go through her desk to find a writing pad is quite a big step into our relationship. So I did what my aunt asked and when I was looking for a pen, after I found the writing pad, my clumsy self dropped a mini chest she has on the front part of her desk. When I walked around to the other side to pick up the mess I made, I noticed photos of my father, mother and aunt Grace. And as I began to look through these photos everytime I see I new photo I noticed one thing they all had in common. My father was never looking straight into the camera, he'd be looking down at my aunt. But it wasn't that he was just looking at her, it was his expression of happiness while he was looking at my aunt is what scared me the most. Did my father had a crush on my aunt? Had aunt Grace and my dad hold a secret affair? All I knew was that my aunt knew secrets about my dad and my dad had an eye for my eye aunt. Just then my aunt hallered my name I immediately began finsihing putting everything back to the way it was.

For the rest of the night I questioned my aunt and took a close eye of her since those photos. And I will until I know every secret my father has holded out on my mother and I.
