"You look so beautiful huntress, I can't believe you are right here with me" I pull her close to me kissing her forehead.

"Oh you big man, let go of me you are chocking me" she chuckled wiggling her way out of my grasp.

"Oh no. Young woman you are never leaving me alone again" I tilt her chin up staring into her eyes.

"Thank you for giving another chance to prove myself to you". I whispered planting a soft kiss on her lips.

Suddenly she pulled away from me instantly I felt cold missing the warmth of her body.

I sit up straight staring at her with a confused face. Did I do something wrong? I couldn't help but ask myself that.

She turned around facing me "You monster, you kept me away, took from my life, kept me tortured" she started screaming.

"No,.. Huntress, it was a mistake. I am sorry" I reach out to hold her hand but she jerked away moving back slowly fading away from my view.

"Wait! No.. Don'...." I couldn't get to finish my sentence when I heard her scream.

I stood up abruptly making my way to her only the see her laying in her pool of blood.

I dropped to my knees cradling her in my arms "No, no, no. Please no".

She coughed a little spurting out blood. "You... Never....

I woke up sweating with a really aching heart. It's a dream, it's a dream.

She's safe, Alive.

It's been like this ever since she left, having nice amazing dream before it will result to something else. I am scared of falling asleep again. I fear this time around she..

I shook my head clearing the negative thoughts.

Knowing fully well I can't go back to sleep I made my way to the mini bar pouring myself a drink.

Looks like I am in for a long night.

"Mind telling me how you ended up there in a fighting ring and not to mention drunk"? Joshua yelled adding already massive headache to my headache.

"Joshua please I won didn't I? So what's the big deal about"?

"What's the big deal? "he mimicked. "The big deal is that you are a grown ass man a fear one at that and you've got responsibilities yet you are behaving like a fuvking kid. Man up already and see her".

"What did you say"? I asked calmly while inside am seething with anger.

He kept shut gulping a little. "I will ask you again what.did.you.say"? I gritted my teeth so hard I am surprised they didn't fall out.

"I.. It's.. I'm" he stammers.

"Leave the poor man alone, Joshua I got this" my father  discharged him.

I was about asking how the hell did he get here but Joshua is long gone leaving me alone with just a sperm donor.

" What do you want Grey? I don't fucking have time for this".

" How are you feeling"? I snapped my head quickly staring at the man that asked after my well being this must be a joke.

"I'm fine, now that you've got your answer leave".

" Really? You don't seem fine to me".

" What's that supposed to mean? Wait, don't tell me what are the hell are you doing here"?.

He heaved a sigh sitting down "I'm here to knock some senses into your head, and to also apologize for everything I have done"

" It's fine, now leave".

" No, it's not fine Nathan you walking about fighting , snapping at people and everyone isn't fine. You have an issue face it don't fucking run away from it. It's not going to solve itself. You running away from it means you are a fucking coward and no child of mine is a coward"!

"You don't come to my house to control my affairs. I'm fine I am perfectly okay" I snapped angry at myself whatever he just said hit a nerve I should have begged her to stay longer, fight for her, worship her but then I let her go.

"Please Nathan I know I am in no position to talk to you but I want you to please whatever it is you are going through, you should face it". He pleaded.

"Please just leave".

"Nathan, I... ".

"Just leave"

" For what is worth Nathan, I'm deeply sorry for everything I have ever done to you" with that the door close shut.
