Chapter 2- Tommorrow?

The little girl waves before the man walks off her eyes still fixed on me. The walkout presumably to the front door. When they leave i stare in that direction for a while. What am I doing? I spy armin out the corner of my eye as I swim up to the surface then back down. Well, better finish my job. I swim to armin and we swim next to each other spinning and weaving around each other. Can I even count this as working? This is so much fun. Little kids giggle as we swim around together. Honestly I never pictured myself doing this but now I can't imagine myself doing anything else.

I look up to see an older looking man just staring through the glass. No kids just him and a camera. He has a cowboy style hat and is quite built. To be honest he is quite intimidating. I look at armin and he's looking at the same place. We swim up to the air tank above and I stare at him.
"Creepy right? Ahah" I say
"I know i mean, I'm not judging just he has no kid with him" He ducks his head back under the water and swims back to the little kids. The older man is still standing there not really interested in armin. I swim back down and the man's eyes are fixated on me as I swim. I try to not make it look like I've noticed by swimming over the little kids but he takes out a camera and points it at me. Feeling highly uncomfortable I turn around so he can't get my face and I swim behind a rock. What the hell is he doing the creep. I mean he might have a pass for photos but normally you can't bring cameras in an aquarium like ours. Armin notices me hiding and swims over. I gesture towards the man and he nods. Swimming up to the top I see him get out the pool. Hanji should probably know about this guy just incase.

After a while I need air so I quickly swim up to the top and take a deep breath hoping the man didn't take a photo. To be honest it's embarrassing. I wouldn't be bothered if he had a pass but he wasn't wearing a lanyard telling us he can take photos. I see hanji and armin walk into the room. They both smile and Hanji asks for a description of the man.
"Well have you given any photo passes out today?" I ask seeing no point asking for description if he has a pass.
Unfortunately she shakes her head.
"No passes were given out today" I sigh and explain what the man looked like to hanji. She nods and walks out of the room.

The mermaid exhibition was closed due to the circumstances as hanji said it was quite serious if he was only trying to get photos of me. I have no idea why but hanji said it's nothing to take lightly and she needs to check cctv. Honestly, why couldn't she just ask the man to leave. Why the fuss?? Either way I get the rest of the day off work but still get payed so hooray! But I feel like for the procedures taken something bigger has to have happenned from her to be this worried. But anyway,
Me and armin decide to hang out and go to the little coffee shop near my house and chill. At first I just wanted to go home and binge watch something but I suppose I should have hung out with Armin since he desperately wanted to.
When we get to the small cafe I order a latte since I can't drink it without tons of sugar and milk in and armin orders hot chocolate. I swear all that boy eats is sugar and nothing else. God he should be one of those sweet obsesses anime girls for how he goes on ahah. I laugh to myself quietly and armin looks at me like I have 3 heads.
"What are you laughing at?" He asks.
"You're an anime girl" I say trying to keep my laughs in. He gasps.
"How dare you! I'm a boy!" I look at him and raise an eyebrow. Silent I go back to drinking while I hear armin huff.
"Mermaid boy" He whispers. Wait...
"Armin, you work with me. In the same building... dressed as a mermaid....at the same time" Armin huffs and drinks his chocolate. I chuckle to myself as I hear the bell ding.

Being the nosy person I am I look in the direction of the door to see a tall man with a blonde undercut and brown hair to the sides. He looks like pur boss a little. He has these eyebrows and damn!

I think I just found the meaning of life in his eyebrows! It is our boss!

I turn to armin and I see him staring at the man in a daze. Not staring as in fascinated as in 'oh my god notice meh senpaiii~'
Well, there's another reason armin is an anime girl. I look at him and muffle a laugh. He hears my excuse of a muffled laugh and glares.
"What now?" He whines.
"Who you checking out?" I turn around pretending not to notice he tall guy. I hear armin tut.
"I'm not checking anyone out for your information " He says matter of factly. I sigh.
"So you weren't totally gawking at that one dude that just walked im" I say quite loudly. Armin flicks my head.
"Shushsuhshshhh not so loud eren god"
"Oh so you were?" He goes red.
"No I wasn't but I don't want h-"
"Armins gay! I knew it!" I say triumphantly. He goes an even darker shade of red.
"No I'm not!" He whines and looks at me.
"Oh you so are ahah" I say laughing.
"Eren you can shut the hell up you are one of the gayest people I know" ME?!
"No I'm not!" Well...
"Even if I was. WHICH I'M NOT. I wouldn't be so scared to admit it!"

After a little argument in the corner of the shop armin admitted he liked guys but also girls and who am I to judge? I'm about as straight as circle. But don't tell armin.
I laugh a little explaining to Armin who it was and he goes bright red.

After the little fiasco in the cafe we decide just to walk as we only have an hour before we need to go back home so we are ready for work tomorrow.
