"What's with that? You never told me that you will be here! And to actually think that you are now my classmate, what's your plan, Beta?" said I as I spurred all these questions.
"I believe I was clear when I said that I will be your bodyguard." Beta answered.
"Take a look again, do you look like some kind of bodyguard right now? Plainly, you looked like my classmate now"
"There's no use ranting about it, just tell me when and what our next subject is." Beta interpolated.
"It's Statistics. Remember the names of our professors, our teacher in Stat is Ma'am Agnes. It will be from 11:30 to 1 PM" I said.
"We should eat our lunch then."
"But it's just 9 AM. I think we should plan how to accurately observe our suspects first." I suggested.
"So where are they now? Right after Professor-whatever-his-name-is' lesson, everyone just scrammed. You really don't have that much friend, do you B.S.?" Beta mocked.
"Let's just go to the cafeteria" I depressingly said.
Beta is really a shameless guy, he suggested that we go to the cafeteria to eat, but I'm the one who's paying for his meal. This man has a car, buys expensive phones like it was nothing, yet he doesn't have any usable money right now. Then he insisted that it's part of his security costs.
Anyways, upon eating, I initiated the conversation about our plan in capturing the murderer.
Then Beta said "5 left-handed girls, 2 left-handed boys, 1 sleep deprived boy, 3 boys who must have caught a cold. The girl in front scratched her head 17 times. And it's remarkable that no one's sitting beside each other."
"You noticed all that?! So have you found out who the murderer is?" I impatiently said.
"I can't help but notice because you all are noisy I can't sleep, especially that professor. I wish he could have stayed silent just for a minute."
"It's his job!" I said. "While our job is to capture the murderer. I can't sleep for another day knowing that someone's about to get me."
"Will you keep quiet. We're in the cafeteria. Someone might hear you. And besides, we are not yet 100% sure that the syndicate knows your identity."
Then a man approached us. For a moment, I was shocked but when I saw his face, it was just Ian.
"Good morning Brianna. I knew I'll see you in here." Ian greeted.
"Good morning, Ian. Why? Are you looking for me? You could have texted me." I said.
"Uhmmm. Something like that, but who's the guy with you?" Ian asked discreetly.
Beta is eating spaghetti with an ever stupid look on his face.
"He's Beta. My new classmate, I'm here to show him around." I said.
"He's Beta?!" Ian shouted. "As in Beta, the only person who aced the entrance exam?!" Ian exclaimed.
"How did you know?" I asked.
"How would I not know?! Just go outside this building and you will see his giant name in a banner saying that he got a perfect score. No one has ever done that in the history of this university. The closest person to his score was our current student council president Clarissa Ingram, the half Filipina, half British beauty that is untouchable by almost everyone. I've seen her only in pictures though." Ian excitedly said.
"I wish you could see your self right now, are you 'fangirling' to our student council president? Just tell me why are you looking for me right now." I remarked.
