Ethan's Desire.

  Venus Cavannaugh.

   "Always remember to take your drugs and no strenuous work or it might take longer to heal". The doctor warned sternly before leaving. 

   'Thank God I'm leaving this place, I can't stand the stench of 'hospital' anymore'. I thought to myself.

  I heard a grunt of frustration coming from Zara ,
  "When is he going to get here?".  She asked tirelessly.

   Just then the door opened and in came Ethan panting as if he just ran 400m race. His face was flush red and perspiration lingered on his forehead despite looking ruffled and breathless, he still looked handsome.

'Get a grip on yourself Venus, you're a Mrs. Stop gawking at a man who is not your husband' I  mentally slapped myself.

"Oh he finally arrived". Zara gestured sarcastically . She just picked up my bags with Marie in hand and left the room.

He sighed harshly.

"I guess we should better leave the car's waiting". He said as he held the door for me.

  As I passed by him I couldn't help but notice faintly the cologne that lingered by as I slid into the hallway. We walked side by side and entered the elevator together.

"Wait". We heard from behind us abruptly we turned to see the doctor dragging a wheel chair towards us. "just in case, your body isn't healed yet". he gestured as I sat slowly on the chair holding onto my ribs for safety.

Ethan wheeled me out to the elevator as it made its desent to the ground floor and exited the building. We found Zara and Marie waiting as Ethan led us to his Jeep. He unlocked it and they safely entered into it. He bend down hovering over me as he picked me up in his arms.

I could scent his cologne faintly as i felt heat rush up to my cheeks. slowly i looked up to meet his gaze already on me. I could suddenly not feel everything around me, it felt like we were in our own bubble , he immediately tore his gaze away from me and dropped me in his car and safely strapped the seat belt on me before moving to the driver's seat.

We drove in perfect silence to my house.

'This is weird i hope its not what i think is going on with me, i have Liam for Christ sake i shouldn't be feeling this way for another man especially someone who is not my husband'. i thought.

He pulled into the street in front of the house and parked. Everyone got out and he lifted me out without meeting my gaze and dropped me into the chair. I somewhat felt bummed that he didn't look at me.

  We entered into the house with him wheeling me from behind,

"You have a wonderful home ". he said looking genuinely pleased 
"Whatever". Zara muttered distinctly.

We sighed together unaware. In surprise and immediately looked into each others eyes but he was the first to turn away.

"Well I'll go prepare something for us all". Zara said breaking the awkward silence. I wheeled myself following her into the kitchen. As soon as we got there she immediately turned and started at me deeply, i shifted uncomfortably on my seat avoiding her gaze.

"What is wrong with you?". she asked irritated. "Ever Since you met Ethan you've been acting weird like your attracted to him". she said to me looking serious.

I was shocked that Zara could ask me that kind of question.

"What how could you say that!". I retorted in anger. "May i remind you that i'm married ,don't you even trust that i would never do that much less to my own husband".

"Zara this accusation you're making should better not be directed to me again". I warned her sternly.

"Okay". she raised her hand in surrender before turning top make tea for every one. Just then Marie came In to request for hot chocolate.

  I've been pondering on what Zara asked me earlier if I'm attracted to Ethan or not i couldn't help but wonder if i really am attracted to him.

'I'm becoming insane'

  We carried the tray into the living room where we met Marie and Ethan arguing,

"Cinderella is the best princess". Marie said in anger.

"No its beauty and the beast". he retorted in amusement.

"Its Cinderella"

"Beauty and the beast"

"Cinderella". she shouted.

"Beauty an...." He said before he was interrupted.

"Its shut up both of you". Zara yelled at the both of the before handing out tea.

I giggled at the situation.

"I didn't know you watched Disney princesses its quite nice to see men appreciating women". i conversed with Ethan before turning to argue with Marie.

"Well both are great princesses but its princess and the frog is the best". i smiled.

Zara groaned feeling bored already on what is going on.

We all laughed together before arguing again,

"Cinderella"

"Beauty and the beast"

"No it's princess and the frog"

  Even Zara joined in,

"Its Elsa every one". she said shutting is all instantly before Marie broke the silence and we all started arguing again.
