I woke up for my subh supplications and stayed there seeking and asking from my lord..today another year has been deducted from my life span...

Immediately it was 6:30 i heard a knock on the door, quietly i stood up knowing it was mummy coming to wake me up for subh because i was on phone yesterday night with salmah making plans for today..

I opened with a good morning mummy..but before i could complete my sentence.. That stupid boy jamil blew a birthday whistle and walida started spraying me with glitters..hanif on the other hand was singing with daddy and mummy laughing..

"Happy birthday my angel"..daddy said.. I wish you the better life has to offer and the best afterlife has...he then kissed me on my fore head...

Mummy on the other hand was crying..."my beautiful daughter..today marks 21 years in which i gave birth to you..you have never make me glance back for once and regret having you..you are the best daughter one could ever ask of..am forever proud of you"..she hugged me..

"Ohh you guys..you guys are the best"..i can never ask for a much better gift than this..you guys have always stuck with me through bad and worse, thick and thin, madness and  stupidity.. I am really lucky to be blessed with a family like this..

We group hugged and took a lot of selfies..daddy brought out a purple paper bag and handed over to me..mummy on the other hand brought out a small box and handed over to me also..i could not wait to open them all..

I entered into my room to get ready for later in the day..salmah was coming over so i needed to prepare for her craziness...fauziyya was also coming over, walida assured me..

I quickly entered the bathroom..today i was going to pamper my skin..i ran the bath hot and added all my soaps in the water..call me crazy..it was a mixture of rose& lavender , vanilla, lemon, strawberry, and i also added milk and bakhoor to it...you do not want to know how my bathroom smells now..

I wore a face mask and let it sit..when i removed it..i was really proud of my face

I sat in the bath tub for 30 mins before finally rinsing it out..i also shampooed my hair..i went  into my closet and began searching for a perfect dress..i sighed..i think that has to wait till salmah comes..

My eyes finally went towards the dressing mirror and i saw a bunch of white, yellow and red roses..a card and a red box.. Puzzled i thought..😵😵 that was not there when i woke up i..

I opened the card as i began reading..my heart melted.. Although i did not know who it came from..

""Dear hanan, i may not have gold , silver nor diamond to give to you..but one thing i know for sure is i will forever make you happy...you came into my life like a lone lantern and brightened  up my heart...i never knew the true meaning of happiness until i met you..my heart has yearned and searched  for solace and i finally found them in you..you are more than you can ever mean to me..
