CLARY POV
I had on Black flats and a black dress, my headgear and my red head in a braid. I smiled at myself sadly as I adjusted my dress strap. What does Jace see in me? I'm so disgustingly ugly...how does he like me? My thoughts get interrupted by a door bell. I ran down stairs and opened it. I see Jace at the door. I smile brightly. "Jace!" I say happily.
"Hey....you ready to go?" He asks. I nod and close the door behind me.

We were at a cheap Italian restaurant. Hey! I'm dating a fourteen year old! What did you expect? But I still loved it. Jace payed the check with twenty bucks and we left. We were holding hands. Our connected hands swinging in the air. "How many kids do you want to have?" jace suddenly asks.
"Don't you think we're a little young?" I ask laughing.
"Oh please, your gonna tell me that you've never thought about it?" Jace asks. I sigh.
"Well, I want at least two kids...no more than five," I say. "You?"
"At least one,no more than six" He says. I laugh lightly. "Hey...my parents know the owner of Aquatica...and they offered to close the park so that we could have fun. Justin is bringing his stupid girlfriend, Juniper is bringing her smart ass friend, and I....well I wanted to take you..." He says.
"Yes! Of course, yes...but only if you let me plan the third date..." I say.
"Well...since the second date is usually pizza and a movie, and the third date is something less casual...I'm guessing you're gonna order pizza and watch a movie with me?" He asks.
"Yup!" I say. He laughs.
"Ok, aquatica is next Friday...we can do pizza next Sunday....if that works for you..." He ads haistily. I nod as we stop in my front door.
"Yeah...it works..." I say. Jace smiles. He leans in closer to me. Then he presses his lips to my mouth. I sigh into his lips. We've had our pecks, but we've never had an actual kiss, other than the Romeo and Juliette, but that also counts like a peck. I know we sucked at it, mostly because saliva went everywhere, but it was one of the best moments of my life. "I have to...um...go," I say as I reach for the handle.
"Me too" Jace says. I slip inside and close the door. I see Mom and Luke so I run upstairs before my mom can ask me how it went. I close the door to my bedroom and slip down in front of the door in shock. I just had my first actual kiss.

JACE POV
I was in my room. And I couldn't stop smiling. I looked like an idiot, but I couldn't stop smiling. I was in my bed fiddling with one of Clary's sketchbook pencil I stole. She dropped it once, and I wanted to give t back, but I would always forget. I put it inside my bedside drawer and turn off the lights. Everything is perfect.
