JACE POV
Clary and I were on her couch. Jonathan was with Alec. Luke and Jocelyn were...somewhere, so we were left alone. I got to pick the movie, and let's just say that I am smart enough to pick one of the most Horrifying movie Clary has ever watched... Annabelle. At the begging of the movie Clary and I were at opposite ends of the couch. And with every jump scare, she jumped an inch closer. Finally. We were at the climax of the movie. And clary had the bowl of popcorn in her lap. Finally, she got jump scared again. The popcorn bowl went flying out of her lap as she jumped into my lap gripping my neck. "I'm not scared!" She says. "I'm just making sure you don't get scared" She says as she closes her eyes tightly. Instead of teasing her I wrap my arm around her and pull her even closer to me.

JONATHAN POV
I open the door to the house and look towards the living room. I saw Clary and Jace sleeping, sprawled all over the couch with pop corn everywhere and the Annabelle credits playing. I shake my head as I turn off the TV. I would wake them up, but I'm tired too and I just straight up don't want to. So I go upstairs and crash Into my bed. I get a text from mom, i read it over then go back to sleep.

Jon, Luke and I are staying at a hotel tonight, be good, bye love you!

JACE POV
I open my eyes to birds chirping. I look at the light that hits the chair as I feel drool around my lip. I come to my senses and look around. I see Clary on top of me, asleep. I frown and look at the time. 10:55 my eyes widen. My mom is going to kill me! I quickly stand up and kiss Clary's head. I run to my tree and climb it. I open the window as I hear knocking. "Jace, you better be in there! Or I swear I will hunt you down and kill you!" She says. I quickly take off my shoes and take off my shirt and put on my Pajamas at record speed. I jump in my made bed, messing up the covers to make it look as if I slept there. My mom opens the door right wen I close my eyes. "Jace..." My mom sighs as she sits down on my bed. She brushes my hair gently with her fingers. "Oh Jace... You look like an angel when you're asleep....you deceiving little monster," My mom laughs. She kisses my forehead. "I love you" She whispers. She then stands up and walks away. I fall asleep again to my moms calming words.

CLARY POV
I woke up expecting Jace. But instead I got a bunch of popcorn everywhere. I clean it up and go upstairs. I jump onto my bed and sleep for a while. The school gave us Monday off, so I'm gonna sleep in.
