Tris's POV
I am metaphorically kicking myself for agreeing to be Tobias' tutor but the money I earn form tutoring is paying for my university fees made the deal irresistible, even if it was him I was tutoring
I cast a side glance at him from my seat in the cafeteria, he doesn't look happy, or at least I think it is hard to tell with him. A look of concern is plastered all over Kate's face
"Whats up?" Christina asks
I am surprised she noticed, her and Will were often either all over each other or in their on little word.
"There is something up with my brother" Kate said "I am going to go ask him"
She makes her way across to his table and sits down beside him
I notice him automatically relax as she starts talking to him but it isn't long until she is walking back over and his unreadable expression returns to his face
"he said it is nothing, nothing important at least" Kate said and she returns to her food, slightly less tense but still casting worried looks to her brother

As the class piles out the door towards the gates I catch Tobias before he leaves
"So, um..." I say "when do you want your first session"
"Um, I have football tonight and tommorow and I promised to do somthing with Kate on Thursday but I am free Friday" Tobias says gruffly
"Oh, I thought you were going to that party on Friday" I said, Kate had been invited as well and had been talking about it for ages
"Um... I ... how'd you know about that?"
"Kate is so excited about it" I said
"Well, I wasn't going to go it isn't one of the bigger parties of the year anyway just a group of us hangout around a pool from what I gathered" Tobias said
"Well I will see you Friday, say 6 o'clock?" I said
I had to leave time for homework and study too
"sure" he replied and like that he was gone, making a beeline for the gates
"at the public library" I called after him and sighed turning towards the lockers to grab my stuff
