Alexandria Anderson

I just lay on the bed for a minute or so, just thinking about what to wear for LMFAO’s show later at Koko. I anxiously look at the time and realize that I only have thirty minutes left to get ready, so I immediately get up from the bed and take out a pair of navy blue high waist jeans, white shirt, and a navy blue plaid shirt. I put them on, tucking the white shirt into the jeans and putting the plaid shirt over it before sitting down in front of the vanity mirror. As I put on a little bit of make up, someone knocks on door.

“Alexandria, sweetheart, the boys are already outside.” she says.

“Oh,” I utter, as I immediately put my stuffs back to where it should be. “I’ll be there in a second.”

Mom nods and closes the door, I take my wallet and quickly head downstairs.

“I’ll go ahead, Mom!” I say to her on my way out.

“Alexandria!” Rye exclaims as soon as I step out on the doorstep.

“Hi, Ryan.” I giggle, closing the door behind me.

Rye and I hug, but the boys clear their throat; making me laugh as we pull away from each other and I go to say hi to the rest of the lads. On the way to the venue, I was going to call my Mom but I stop walking and pat my pockets for my phone, until I realize that I forgot to grab it before leaving the house.

   “What’s the matter?” Andy asks.

“I, um, I forgot my phone at home, can I borrow yours?” I sheepishly say. “I am just going to text my Mom.”

“Yeah, of course.” he replies with a smile, taking his phone out from his pocket.

Andy gives me his phone and I text my Mom to let her know that I forgot my phone at home, so she wouldn’t worry about me for not picking up. Afterwards, I give it back to Andy and thank him. When we get to the venue, the music’s already blaring through the room and the lights are flashing in a stop–motion effect as it moves in a whirling motion. I don’t think I would be able to finish the show, cause I am certain that I am going to get dizzy halfway through it because of the lights and considering that there are a lot of people in the room. I try my best to enjoy it, jumping and singing along together with the lads. Later on, just like what I expected, I start to feel dizzy. I hold onto Rye’s arm, as I stumble a little.

“What’s the matter?!” he asks through the loud music, as he stop jumping.

I shake my head, “I am going out for a minute!” I shout, trying to look for the exit.

“Wait,” he grabs my arm. “I am coming with you!”

“I am alright, just stay here and have fun!” I assure him, before making my way out.

When I was already outside, I look for a place to sit and come up with a decision to just stay outside for a while. Later on, I take my plaid shirt off and just put it on top of my lap before tying my hair into a messy bun.

“Alexa?” I heard a familiar voice asks.

I look up and see Jordi, he looks so different than the last time I saw him at the Soccer Six fest.

“Jordi, it’s been a while.” I say, as I finish tying my hair.

He smiles and sits down next to me, “Yeah, how are you?”

“I am good, I am with the boys actually but they’re inside.” I point at the building over my shoulder.

“Oh, then why are you here by yourself?” he asks, looking at me with his light blue eyes.
