Olivia from on my block is going to die. First of all, if you replay the last scenes of the season finale, you'd notice that Olivia lost far more blood than Ruby which is dangerous, she's also losing oxygen since blood carries oxygen to the working muscles. Ruby most likely got shot in his lungs, hence his uneven breathing. Olivia, however, got shot somewhere between the chest and lungs which is more likely to result in a fatal injury than Ruby. The bullet could've also been infected and it's dangerous when it contacts the insides, the bullet got stuck in her. And lastly, because Ruby is the main character and it wouldn't make sense for him to be extracted so early in the show, otherwise, that'll reflect on how useless the producers are.
