Damn you can tell when someone's consuming a show that they just don't get.

Let's talk about why Oscar doesn't just use his status and the profits he makes as the leader of Los Santos to get Cesar out and into school. Cause it sounds easy as when you use that logic.

The most obvious reason as Cesar has said the only way out is death or literally for Cesar to disappear. This is not something you just walk away easily from if not people would do it all the time. And Cesar is in, stop being as stubborn as Monse over this fact. Like it's been stated in the show he had a legacy to live up to and the moment his brother came back on they were both faced with growing pressure to get him in. And he is a Santo.

Now let's talk about something else have you looked around and noticed the car and the neighborhood they're living in? Oscar might be running ths charter but the show hasn't gone into depth of how big Los Santos are. But would say he's a small piece in the exchange of whatever they're putting out. If not he would be racking in money and I can assure you would be in that beachside house they talked about. A lot of people have this assumption that dealers = mad money which is not the reality.

Also we don't know exactly what affairs Oscar or Los Santos are running let's say to make it easy for the imagination it's drugs. He has a whole gang that he has to pay out, you bet your sweet as if he don't pay them it can end ugly as hell for him and Cesar. So by that logic for him to be able to take a bigger cut he would have to have Los Santos dealing either heavier shit or larger amounts. Creating a much larger risk factor for him when he already has two strikes. He doesn't need that type of heat.

Include that with the fact that from what we can tell he's providing for his brother, he's paying all their bills and all of Cesar's basic needs or wants. Now add putting away for a University (UCLA) that costs $35,000 a year (Not taking into account that a Bachelors is 4 years and most architects do masters) He's doing a hell of a lot for this kid already.

This is supposed to demonstrate the reality of the situation which some of you all seem to not grasp. So here it is: THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CREATED FOR BLACK AND BROWN KIDS TO FAIL AND TO CONTINUE AN ENDLESS CYCLE AND IT'S NOT THAT EASY TO GET OUT.
