People need to stop saying it's Cesar's fault that Ruby and Olivia got shot. First of all, none of it would have happened if Oscar hadn't forced Cesar to shoot Latrelle. If Oscar had one of his guys to do it for him Ruby and Olivia wouldn't have gotten shot. Besides you can't blame Cesar for not killing a person. Like seriously, he's just a 14 year old kid that's never done anything bad in his life! He got forced into a gang! Cesar never wanted any of this. People need to understand that it's not easy to just pull the trigger on someone especially if they've never done it before. Latrelle is an experienced young gangster while Cesar hasn't even been a cholo for six weeks! He's not ever hardcore either! He's just a kid that wants to grow up to be an architect. Ruby and Olivia getting shot wasn't Cesar's fault. They live in South Central LA for crying out loud! People get shot everyday.
