I just thought of something else about Latrelle shooting Ruby at the party. What if Latrelle MEANT to shoot Ruby? If you remember in episode eight or nine, when Cesar was supposed to shoot Latrelle, Cesar says to Oscar, "We used to play Pop Warner together," I'm starting to think that maybe Latrelle and Cesar were friends while on the football team and grew a little bond or whatever up until they joined different gangs. If you and someone were friends for a while, even if you go your separate ways, you'll still have some kind of bond or connection with that person. That's probably another reason why Cesar was so hesitant to shoot Latrelle. I know you all are probably not seeing the point of this, but continue reading, please. Maybe on the way to the party, Latrelle was thinking of how he and Cesar used to play ball and how he spared his life when he could've easily killed him and instead, thought of a plan as to where he wouldn't have to kill Cesar, but someone else. Nowhere in the show did any of them mention that Ruby and Latrelle were friends (none that I remember, at least), so instead of Latrelle shooting Cesar (a person he was possibly friends with), he decides to shoot Ruby, someone that he knows little to nothing about. I mean, think about it. Latrelle could've easily walked up to Cesar and shot the gun. I know some of you are like, "Someone would've grabbed and held him down until police arrived," But would you really try to hold someone down who has a loaded gun in their hand? I wouldn't.

This is more of a conspiracy theory than a confession.
