(Y/N)'s POV

Loki's voice is what woke me up. "Emergency. It's a huge emergency."

I sat up and rubbed my eye. "Loki, headache."

"It's Thor."

My eyes snapped open and I looked at Loki's face, full of fear.

"Thor? Like, your adopted brother?"

"No the Thor from Earth, the dog? Yes!" He sits on the bed. "He's not in favor with the Grandmaster, that Scrapper brought him in as a contender."

I stared at Loki. "For those fights?"

Loki nodded solemnly. "Thor wants to fight his champion."

"I thought no one's survived that?"

"They haven't."

I swallowed. "Loki what do we do."

"There's no more we can do for the time being."

"He's the closest chance we have to get back to Biscuit."

Loki looked at me, somewhat frustrated. "(Y/N)..."

"What?"

He sighed and bit his thumbnail. I noticed that was something he did when he was anxious or nervous. I crawled over and hugged him, smiling sadly.

"...it's gonna be a while before I see Biscuit again, isn't it."

Loki reaches his hands up to grab my wrists. "I'm sorry, love." Tears welled up in my eyes. I loved Biscuit a lot.

"It's okay. I'll just... pray for him. He was always like a son to me, I raised him when he was a puppy."

Loki looked over his shoulder at me. "Honestly?"

"Yeah. He was so small..." I chuckled. Loki bit his thumb. "What's wrong now?"

"I've just caused you this agony." He stood up, making me let go of him.

I leaned up straight. "Loki no, you're—"

"I'm what?" He stared at me, angry. I logically knew he wasn't angry at me. He was upset with himself. "A monster? A heartless sadistic person? Unable to let anyone taste happiness because I'm just a soul sucker doomed to bring everyone to a pit of agony?"

I was scared. My chest tightened and it was hard to breath. "Don't say that about yourself."

He smirked. "But it's true."

I grabbed my chest. "Loki it hurts if you say that about yourself. Please." My breathing issue worsened.

"See? I'm causing you issues now."

"LOKI!" A tear slid down my cheek, snapping him out of it.

His eyes widened and he rushed over to me. "Damnit. I didn't mean to snap."

"Loki do you really believe all that about yourself?" I stared into his green eyes.

"I..." he looked away.

"...you're not. Loki you're the only reason I haven't gone insane."

"Does saying my name give you some form of comfort?" He looked up at me, a sad smile playing on his lips.

"Loki... Lokiii..." I giggle. "I love saying your name... you're my Loki... my prince..." I lean on him some more.

My eyes snap wide. "Loki did I tell you something when I was drunk the other night?" He looked away before nodding. "Why didn't you tell me?"

He stared at me sadly. "I wanted to make sure it wasn't just impulsive. That you felt what I wanted you to feel. That it wasn't a dream. That... eventually you'd tell me yourself."

I stared at him dumbfounded. "Loki, I love you." I hugged him.

He chuckled. "(Y/N)... I love you too. And I enjoy saying your name as well. It allows me to know you're here. A person. My person. Mine."

"I'm all yours. And I love it." I kissed his cheek. "We'll figure this out. Together."
