The boys met later at the lounge, Ajeay sat on one of the couches. Hazaifa , Nazif and Farouk were taking shisha rounds.

Some girls were sitting in opposite direction also smoking their rounds of shisha, about 6-7 in number. Unlike his friends Ajeay doesn't really smoke religiously, maybe a puff or 2 just to get into comfort zone. "See fine chickalas" Naz pointed out referring to the ladies across. There was a cute short girl he was referring to in particular.

"Out of your league man, kaga yanda suke bugun hayaki? Wadadannan ai ba sa'an wasan ka bane"  (with the way they smoking, they are definitely not in your league) Huzaifa replied.
"Look at this fool..! Akwai wacce ta fi karfin bulala ne a wurin" (there's no girl there I can't handle) Naz replied
"Why don't we ask them if they'd go clubbing later with us?" Huzaifa suggested.
"Club keh? My wife will kill me if i go back late tonight" Farouk replied

"Sannu mijin hajiya" Naz teased joking

The chess players walked into the lounge, Abdulmaleek(Senior), Hadi(maad), Kamal, Nafi'u (Naf). Not including Abdulzahir(Abdul) who was incapacitated.

Huzaifa saw them first "Mazaaaaaa" he praised from far. "Oya watch them hungry lionesses" Naz said pointing with his eyes to the girls across who were mostly now watching the entrance of 'the chess players'

Ajeay tilted his head to look at the girls to his disappointment Naz was not mistaken. Only 2 from the side whom were concentrating on their shisha paid no attention to the presence of the guys coming in.

They began to exchange handshakes "sun sako ku kun fito kenan" (so they finally let you out) Ajeay stated referring to Naf and Abdulmaleek who were married. The whole group laughed. "We were just talking about going the night off and taking those fine bebees across to the heat" Huzaifa explained.

"Some of us have wives oo, which kin heat?" Naf replied.

"Kai da Farouk are out kenan? Senior fa?" Naz asked now expecting a reply from Abdulmaleek.
He shrugged "my wife is outta town so fuck it, the heat it is" Abdulmaleek confirm he was going.

"Ajeay fa? ..dan mama" Naz teased and they all laughed to the name.
Ajeay shook his head "nice!!! Zan ci uwarka kenan" (playful insults)

"Zaka?" (Are you going)" Naz asked again
"Nope, kasan ni dan kulle ne" (you know I'm a prisoner) Ajeay replied

"Kai daman ai banza ne" (playful insults) Naz commented
"Wait yanzu who will go and see if they would wanna come" Huzaifa asked.

Errrhmmmm Hadi cleared his throat and pointed to himself. Everyone ignored him "senior and Ajeay kune fine boys" (you're the fine boys) suggested Naz
Erhhhhmmmm Hadi cleared his throat again. Kamal was not making any input
"Sai ku hada da Naf, shine smooth talker" (also go with Naf, he's a smooth talker" Farouk proposed
Erhhhhhmmmmm Hadi did it again "kufa en banza ne" (playful chatter) "let me show you how its done" he added standing up and making his way to the side of the ladies.

"This guy go mess this up ehnnn" Hazaifa said blowing out smoke. They all watched attentively, Hadi made his way to the girls. They all seemed to be interstate in what he was saying at first but then later on only one girl was listening to him.

"Time for damage control" Naz said with a chuckle
Senior looked at at Ajeay and tilted his head to the ladies, suggesting they intervene before Hadi fucks things up beyond repair.

Ajeay never really clubs with the guys, he and Kamal mostly make up excuses, but he was always happy to help where the guys needed help, so he pushed to his feet.

"Waya ga damage control, send a mumu like Hadi to fuck up and then send two ajebour looking fresh face to woe the ladies" Naf said taking his first go on the shisha.

It took Ajeay and Abdulmaleek all but 5 minutes to convince 4 of the girls go clubbing with them, 3 declined insisting they had to go home.
"Lucky for you the fine ones are going" Hadi began his nonsense immediately they got back to their side.

"Wawa na so you nearly fuck this up" Hazaifa said
Aejay still standing up "toh ni bari in gudu gida" (let me be going home)

"Toh please nima drop me off" Naf also stood up.

"Wait now, the cars won't be enough ai, go with Farouk's car mana, and leave yours" Naz suggested

Farouk stood up taking his keys "don't worry I'm all set"

"If anything happens to my car Naz" Ajeay knew exactly how reckless Naz was, he gave him a fair warning.

The guys leaving including Naf, Ajeay and Farouk left the rest of the guys in the lounge.

Ajeay, Naz and Huzaifa were not part of the chess players. They were all friends but not the same clique.

Kabir pushed the card into the key slot and pushed open the door, he went into the 5 star hotel room. Everything was neat and polished, he jumped on the comfortable couch and stretched his legs waiting for her.

He turned on the tv, the movie Divergent was on mnet movies. The part where Shailene Woodley was jumping off the train to dauntless. His phone vibrated "open the door, I'm close" she said when he picked up. He opened the door and almost immediately she walked into the room.

Kabir is a student from University of Abuja, Gwagwalada. A smart student in his early twenties. "Barka da zuwa" (You're welcome)
"Have you been waiting long?" Hajiya Zeenat, a woman in her mid forties asked.

"Not too long" he replied. He watched her take a seat on the bed, beautiful Hajiya Zeenat Married to a custom officer, works at ehealth NGO and a visiting lecturer in his department. It moves him each time he thinks of what would happen to her if people knew her secrets and what would happen when her husband finds him in her bed.

"Come Kabir sit beside me" she instructed and he obeyed. Regardless of her age, Zeenat was a woman of many skills in the bedroom, or so Kabir thought. Perks of growing up in Maiduguri and being shuwa-arab he supposed. Some might consider him inexperienced, Zeenat was the first to change that fact.
She was the first to expose him to the world of extravagance and limitless spending.

She had rules to the relationship between them which she initiated, he wasn't allowed to see other girls let alone be intimate with any, he wasn't allowed to talk about her with anyone ever, he wasn't allowed to address her publicly, and finally he would respond to her desires whenever and wherever she needed him.

In return Kabir had certain privileges, he didn't have to worry about tuition fees, he didn't have to worry about feeding, in fact she pays for everything from the boxers he wears to the Samsung galaxy s6 edge he owns.

Life in Abuja didn't turn out so bad for him, except when he's trying so hard to please Hajiya Zeenat.
