Tick Tock goes the clock
that makes every second feel like a minute
and every minute an hour
and every hour like forever
click click
goes your pen
with every click
goes the anticipation you can't stand
more and more and more
until your at the edge of your seat
The tick tock clock taunts
making forever seeming even longer
lip biting
nervous thumps
annoying clicking
but the tick tock clock moves no faster
the staring plays not part in helping
the tick tock clock moves just the same
