Stop using my age to define me
Its just a silly number that knows nothing of me
No number can see what ive seen in the little time Ive been alive
No number should tell me what i cant or cant understand
No number should tell me what my child mind to think
My age shows nothing about me.
It doesn't tell you about the years of self hate
Or the biggest loves ive had
It doesn't show anything
So why am i still labeled a little girl
Who wont understand
How Hard the world can be?
