Okay for the record, I don't usually talk to people I don't know. 

This was kinda new for me, but this guy looked really nice so... I watched as Mr Mystery observed me, jeez he looks at me like I'm a science project. "You're gonna get hypothermia." he mumbled. I sniffled and laughed,"I'll be fine-" my sentence was broke off by a sneeze. Mystery Dude jumped and in like five seconds he grabbed me and pulled me close to him. His eyes were clouded over as he held me in place. I squirmed at first but then again...he was really warm..like...it's nice... his eyes cleared and be moved away from me, well good things don't last forever. I decided to ask questions like always,"What was that about?" I asked. Mysterious Boi blushed, aw, and brought his knees to his chest,"Just a reflex I guess...." he murmured. I think I now love this human. I think I'll call him Checkers. Anyways Checkers stood up and I followed suit. "You tired already?" I hummed. Checkers smiles very slightly,"Yes." I smile back,"I guess I'll see you around then?"

"Sure."

"How's tomorrow?"

"We'll see." he waved at me slightly then looked at his feet,"My name's Claus, by the way.." he mumbled as we walked back down the mountain,"That's a lot better than Checkers." I thought aloud then immediately regretted my life choices. "Checkers?"

"Yeah, don't ask." I avoided~

We finally made it down and I said goodbye to Claus and headed inside. "It's about time you showed." my Mom scolded lightly. I shifted my get,"Oh...sorry, I got a little distracted." I admitted guiltily. I heard a short laugh from Ness across the room. "What's so funny?" I questioned. Ness's Mother started giggling as well.

What was wrong with them?

Mom motioned for me to sit next to her and Ness ushered my sisters, Tracy, and himself out of the room. Wait...this isn't normal... I looked at Mom my eyebrows furrowed. Mom smiled,"So...who's the girl?" So that's what this was about. Ugh.

"There's isn't any girl mom." I sighed. Mom still kept met smile,"Then who's the lucky fella?"

"There isn't a fella either!"I retorted a bit embarrassed.

Mom laughed,"Ninten, I'm your mother, I know you too well you can't lie to me."

I twitched,"Just because I came home late doesn't mean I was with someone." I said in a matter-of-fact tone.

Ness's Mom rolled her eyes,"You remember when he had that crush on that Anna girl?" she chimed. Mom nodded,"I sure do, he was coming home later, singing and dancing, the whole works!" I crossed my arms,"You guys are the worst!" I huffed. Mom laughed and ruffled up my hair knocking my hat to the floor,"Go get to bed lover boy.". I let out a whine before going to my bed. I walked in the room to see Ness waiting for me and sitting on his bed. I shut the door. "Okay, spill." he ordered. Ness too?? I groaned,"Fiiiine. But don't tell mom."

"I would never."

"I followed that weird energy we felt." I explained. Ness laid back interested,"Okay, go on." I paused then spoke,"It was a person." Ness sighed hummed in response and I went on,"Actually, it was a boy."

"A boy you say?"

"It wasn't like that gosh!"

"I'm only teasing." Ness snickered. I huffed,"His name was Claus. He came from NPC" I explained. Ness let out a fake gag,"That place sucks." Ness laughed,"So, what did he look like?" I thought for a moment and imagined his face,"He was a ginger....but like the hot kind." I said. Ness only nodded,"Well I'm glad it's not the not so hot kind." he snorted a bit sarcastically. I rolled my eyes,"I actually happen to like all gingers."

"Especially Claus huh?"

I threw something at him,"Cut it out man." I scolded. "Anyways, it was two dark to see his eye color. And he was wearing a greyish jacket. I dunno." I shrugged. Ness smiled,"He seems interesting, did he say how long he was visiting?"
