A week had passed, with the school term truly on its way. Remus and Rachel spoke one evening about her past. It was a deep and emotional conversation that resulted in tears. Her family had been kept a secret to protect herself and Harry, Rachel learnt. It was agreed it would be safer for the two of they were separated.

When Rachel had been expelled from Beauxbatons, Dumbledore had wrote to Remus to let him know the time had finally come and Rachel was to attend Hogwarts. Harry and Rachel would find each other when the time was right. That time was now.

Rachel was sat in detentions thanks to her History of Magic teacher, Professor Binns. She had forgotten some homework and was forced to stay behind to complete it. She spent the detention mostly staring out of the window, daydreaming about the upcoming Quidditch match against Hufflepuff.

The match was taking place on Friday, two days away. Rachel had met Hufflepuff's legendary seeker, Cedric Diggory. He was kind to her and did not dive into the fact she was suddenly a Potter. The two had met on the Quidditch field, where Rachel was trying to find her missing broom. Cedric had not hesitated to help her find it.

Once detention was over, Rachel quickly rushed out of the classroom to find Fred and George. The three had decided to play a prank on the Slytherins, Malfoy and his friends. The twins had found out about Rachel's pranks at Beauxbatons and immediately roped her into this. She had no complaints.

Rachel crept around the corner where she saw a flash of red hair. The twins leant against the wall, dishing out dung bombs amongst themselves. They spotted Rachel and handed her the bag with the remaining few in.

"Ready?" They both said in unison.

"As ready as I'll ever be!" Rachel nodded back.

They continued down the corridor and leant over the stairs. Below, stood Draco and his goons. They were whining about Hagrid, Draco still parading his bandaged arm proudly like a medal. The three Gryffindors smirked to each other and began to pull out their dung bombs, quietly.

"1..." George mouthed.

"2..." Fred continued with a smug face.

"3!" Rachel finished, laughing.

The dung bombs were thrown down at the Slytherins who squawked and cursed at the smell. The three picked themselves up and ran as fast they could away from the scene of the crime, laughing as hard as ever.

They made it back to the common room, laughing and wiping the tears from their eyes. Their bodies collapsed onto the couches as they clutched their sides from laughing so hard.

Rachel slowly stopped laughing, breathing heavily and attempted to speak. "Did... did you see his face?!" She blurted out before laughing again.

"I bet you 5 galleons he is saying "my father will hear about this!" " George cried.

"He is going to stink for at least 3 days!" Fred laughed.

Hermione entered the room with a stern facial expression. "Fred, George!" She exclaimed angrily, "Pranking might be your hobby, but don't drag Rachel into it!"

"Ah, you see... it was her who joined us. Not the other way around." George laughed, standing in front of Hermione.

It was clear she was disappointed Rachel had pulled a prank so early in the year, but Rachel only smiled at her. Hermione hadn't realised it was payback for what Draco had said to her in front of Rachel.

"Oh Herms don't be like this, it was simply harmless fun. He deserved it anyway, little git." Rachel said.

Hermione had been desperately trying to keep Rachel out of trouble, she thought that having a detention within the first two weeks was appalling - although she never said it, it was clear she thought it. In the background the sound of door opening and closing caused Rachel to turn around. She saw Oliver walk in with his mates in tow, she blushed instantly.

Oliver spotted her from across the common room and smiled. He headed over to her. "Hey!" He spoke cheerfully.

"Hi..." her voice trailed off. She stood up and stepped away from the others so they couldn't hear the conversation. Rachel could see Fred roll his eyes and grumble.

"How's life treating you as a Potter, eh?" Oliver asked, a playful look on his face.

"Oh... you know..." Rachel laughed awkwardly. "It could be worse."

"Just as I thought." Oliver also laughed. "So, I offered to hang out with you. How about I take you to get some of your own quidditch robes on Saturday?"

Rachel looked flabbergasted. "Really?"

"Yes?" Oliver raised an eyebrow. "I wouldn't be taking your brother now would I?"

"Yeah, of course not. How stupid of me." Rachel blushed some more.

"I'm sure Harry won't mind you borrowing his spare kit one more time." Oliver laughed. "So, I'll see you Saturday. 1pm. It's a date."

He began to step back and walk away to his friends. Rachel's eyes widened. A date? She brushed the hair behind her ears and returned to her seat, in a dream like state. Hermione's head snapped up and she locked eyes with Rachel, a smirk appeared and she walked straight over.

"What. Happened?" She asked, still smirking, her hands on her cheeks.

"Oliver Wood just said he'd take me to Hogsmede on Saturday!" Rachel giggled.

"Oh. My. Merlin."

"I know." Rachel sighed leaning against the sofa.

"He asked you on a date?!" Fred cried, his face in disgust.

"Well... he did says it's a date so I guess it is." Rachel frowned.

"Oh... wow. Him hitting on third years? Merlin, he is desperate." Fred hissed.

Rachel sat upright, glaring daggers at him, as did Hermione. George kept his distance but seemed shocked at what he was saying.

"Excuse me?" She gasped. "What is that meant to mean exactly?"

Fred's face suddenly became shocked at what he had said but it soon disappeared.

"What it means is, that he is a 7th year going on a date with a 3rd year." He scorned.

"What are you saying? You know what? It's just none of your business, Fred!" Rachel shouted, standing up to face Fred. She was a good few inches shorter than him but that didn't matter to her. Not right now.

"It's wrong!" He argued back.

At this point a couple of people were staring, Hermione and George nodded to each other and got up to try and pull them away.

"Are you crazy? What are you jealous or something?" Rachel shouted.

Suddenly he fell silent, but then he glared at me. "Ha! Why would I be jealous of him?" He nastily laughed.

Rachel stood there stunned, angry and upset at what he had said. Tears pricked my eyes but she blinked them back. Fred's face softened at what he had done but George had grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him away. Hermione gently pulled Rachel's arm and took her to the dorms.

"What the hell is wrong with you man?" George shouted at Fred.

"Just back off!" Fred answered before slamming his way out of the portrait hole.

Rachel entered their dorm room angrily and sat down on the end of her bed. Hermione sheepishly came and sat next to her, it became evident that she hadn't got a clue what to say.

"What a pig." She finally said

Rachel looked up at her through her messy hair. "I could hex him I was that angry." She groaned, flopping back down onto the bed.

"Don't worry, I'll do it next time."

"Mione?"

"Yes Rachel?"

"Are we best friends?"

There was a slight pause.

"More like sisters," She answered and lay down next to me.
