Today was an improvement for Rachel, she felt a lot more relaxed than yesterday. She had completely forgotten about Sirius, even though he had been mentioned many times today. The trio and herself headed to their last lesson of the day, charms. It was probably Rachel's second favourite lesson, her first of course being DADA. Professor Flitwick took a liking to Rachel Potter, probably due to the fact she excelled in the subject.
"I was placed in advanced classes in Beauxbatons." Rachel explained to Ron. They were currently having a discussion on the subject.
"I'm pretty bad." He said looking at his scuffed shoes.
"You probably don't believe in yourself." She said, Ron gave a half smile and shrugged his shoulders.
The four sat together in a row opposite Professor Flitwick's desk. Stood on a pile of books upon his desk the Professor began giving out instructions and greeting the class.
"Lumos Maxima?" Ron questioned.
"Yes, well done you can read." Rachel teased pointing to the blackboard.
"Oh, quit it." Ron hissed shoving Rachel jokingly.
"Don't make me stun you like I did to Malfoy!" She fake threatened making herself and Ron burst out laughing.
Flitwick began to show the class the incantation and how to perform it, it was simple enough. Flick your wand, draw back and flick again. Rachel felt as though she'd make easy work of this and smiled, congratulating herself at taking the advanced classes in her old school.
"Lumos maxima!" Ron shouted flourishing his wand.
"No, Ron, not like that!" Rachel sighed. "Like this!" She flicked her wand. "Lumos maxima!" She called. A bright light shone out of her wand, expelling the darkness that lurked in the shadows.
"Well done, Miss Potter! Excellent! 10 points to Gryffindor." Flitwick chortled happily from his tower of books.
"That's how it's done." Rachel winked at Ron. Hermione, Harry and Ron successfully created the bright light, but with out a doubt Hermione's was the best of them three. After the lesson, the four of them headed back to the Common Room.
"Ugh," Rachel rolled her head back and looked at Harry, "we have practise tonight."
"Really?" Harry also sighed.
They arrived outside the entrance to the common room, today the Fat Lady sat there, still looking rather distraught from the night before.
"Fortuna Major."
"Wrong." The Fat Lady said.
"It can't be! Fortuna Major." Rachel argued.
"It doesn't matter who says it, it's wrong." The Fat Lady scoffed, crossing her arms.
"Since when did it change?" Ron frowned.
"Are you really that stupid? It would have changed last night after... Sirius Black." Hermione answered. "I just... missed what it is."
"Well, can you please let us in? Just this once?" Rachel pleaded to the Fat Lady but to no prevail, the Fat Lady shook her head stubbornly.
"Great." Harry groaned throwing his hands in the air.
"Oh, come on! Just let us in! We never knew the password bloody changed." Rachel growled.
"You should have listened!" The Fat Lady cried.
"If you don't let us in, I swear to God, I will personally rip you out of your painting!" She shouted back at the portrait, reluctantly the portrait flew open and they ran inside.
"Bloody hell, Rach," Ron exhaled, "you really are scary."
Rachel threw Ron a wink and ran to get changed. When Rachel had successfully put all her kit on, the four ran down to the Quidditch pitch. Ron and Hermione liked to watch the practises.
"I'm going over there with Ronald." Hermione nudged Rachel's shoulder, pointing to the stands. She nodded and waved to Hermione before skipping over to Harry.
"It's going to rain." Rachel moaned pointing to the sky.
"It might blow over." Harry said hopefully.
"Nope, it's definitely going to ra-" She started to reply but, like she had said, it rained. Raindrops the size of the snitch fell heavily, soaking the team within seconds.
"Yeah maybe it won't blow over," Harry laughed.

Cold, wet and muddy, the Gryffindor Quidditch team walked into the castle after a quite successful training; even when the weather conditions were so poor. Rachel was currently hopping on one foot tipping her water logged boot upside down, letting the water flow out.
"Oi!" Filch screamed at the students, who had accidently left a huge trail of mud, grass and water.
"Crap, run unless you want detention!" Angelina Johnson hissed to Rachel. She nodded and ran away with the rest of the team up to the common room.
"Scurvy cur." Angelina panted, looking at the Fat Lady portrait. The painting opened and they all hurried inside.
"So that's the password!" Harry chuckled.
"Better remember it!" Rachel laughed poking him in the chest.
