You wouldn't want to be in my shoes right now. My Mom finally agreed to my proposal and said we could finally travel to Canada. So I understand this is a normal thing for most people and an everyday thing for very rich people but unlike "other people" I have never travelled in my entire life so it is a very big thing for me.
Right now I am here in my Mom's library looking for the most important thing I need my "passport". "Mom pls where is it?" I asked shouting on top of my lungs. "Um... I think I put it with all my fictional books" Mom said shouting back at me from the Kitchen. "What? How is a passport a fictional book." I said trying to reason with my Mom.
Finally after what seemed like eternity I found it except unlike other passports this one had a dark green colour (don't get me wrong I have never travelled but I have seen the passports of my other classmates).

"Mom I think I have found it, is it a designers passport or what? I thought it was supposed to be brown in colour". I said in my confused state. "No darling, open it and see but first come downstairs I want to tell you something" she said and immediately I knew she wanted to discuss about something important. I rushed downstairs and met my Mom already seated in the sitting room. I sat opposite her and she started by clearing her throat. "Erin I wanted to tell you that... um... just open... your passport " by the way Mom was breaking her words I knew what she was saying was something hard for her to say. I hesitated for a moment then I opened my passport and the first thing I saw was "Federal Republic of Nigeria" I looked at my Mom and saw her guilty face. "Darling... you are... a... Nigerian."
