Shawn's pov

We made our way inside the building and into the hall where we would pick up our luggage. There were already a few bags and guitars laying on the band so I rushed over to my team and helped them collecting all of our luggage. After we finally had everything I looked around the hall. I soon spotted Leia a few feet away, ready to grab a suitcase. I walked over to her when I saw her having struggle lifting up the bag. So I grabbed it from behind and lifted it up.

"Thank you" She said and turned around.

"Anytime!" I replied and just then she looked up at me.

"I first thought you were already gone. I wanted to say good bye to you. For now, I hope we will meet up again sometimes. If you want to. But I would be really happy about that." I rubbed my neck nervously.

"I was standing here the whole time." she giggled lightly.

"Oh.. well, I wanted to say good bye to you. For now,I hope we will meet up sometimes. I would be really happy about that."

"I would love that, Shawn. And it was really nice meeting you today."

"You too Leia. But before you go, can you please give me your number so we can stay in contact?" I don't know why but asking her for her number just made me really nervous.

"Sure" she chuckled as I handed her my phone. She took it and quickly saved her contact before giving it back to me.

"Thank you. I hope we will see each other again soon. Have a good stay here in Canada." I smiled at her.

"Thanks. Good bye, Shawn"

"Good bye Leia" I opened my arms to hug her and she smiled, hugging me back tightly. After we pulled away she turned around and started walking to the doors as I smiled to myself. I watched her until she was out the doors before I returned to the guys.

"Let's go."

"Finally back home."

"Can't wait to see my family again." They all talked with each other but I was deep in thought.

After we all walked out I greeted the guys goodbye and grabbed my bags. I immediately spottet my mum and sister in the crowd, waiting for me. I placed my things onto the ground as Aaliyah came running into my arms.

"Hey Liyah" I laughed as she let go of me.

"Hey big bro" she giggled and I walked over to hug my mum.

"Hey sweetie. I missed you" mum sighed and hugged me tight.

"Hi mum. I missed you too. I'm really happy to be back home." I kissed her cheek.

"How was Europe?" She asked.

"It was great actually. I really love Europe." I smiled.

I quickly let my eyes wander over the crowd of people and that's when I spotted Leia who was crouching down in front of a little girl, two other kids and a woman standing beside her. I smiled and turned around again. My mum looked at me confused.

"What were you looking at?"

"Oh, nothing" I tried to play it off.

"When you say 'nothing' it means that there definitely is something going on. Wait, is there a girl?" Aaliyah asked and wiggled her eyebrows. I laughed and shook my head when I suddenly felt a pair of eyes on me. I looked up again and saw Leia again, this time she was looking at me, the little girls beside her holding her hands. I grinned and quickly waved at her. She smiled widely back at me before she was dragged away from the girls.

"Oh my god, I was right! Who was she?" Aaliyah squealed.

"That was Leia. We sat next to each other on the plane and chatted a little." Aaliyah wiggled her eyebrows again at me and mum just smiled at me. I rolled my eyes at them and smiled lightly.

"Come on, let's go home." They both nodded and together we started to make our way outside to the car. But as soon as we got outside my eyes fell on the group of girls, phones in hands and weaeing my merch. Some of them even held roses in their hands.

"Do we have a little more time?" I turned to mum and she nodded.

I walked over to greet the girls and take photos with them. They all were really sweet and we talked for a few minutes until it was time for me to go. I walked up to the parking lot and got into mum's car. She started driving away and I relaxed into the car seat. I was happy to be home again.
