The next day
I woke up and forgot about everything. My cold was gone and I completely forgot about Damien.
I stood up and got ready for work. Olivia and I drove off to work and got in. We walked by the security guard and got into the office. That's when I walked in and saw Damien talking with Courtney and I completely melted.
How could I forget about my ex joining smosh.
That's when Courtney turned to me and said
"SHAYNE!! Your back!"
That's when Damien looked over and saw me. I was expecting him to runaway and have a nervous break down. But no. He literally chuckled had a little grin and gave me a hug.
He must have knew I worked here.
He then whispered in my ear
"Still hotter than ever."
I blushed as my head was over his shoulder and all of a sudden he picked me up and I asked
"Damien what the hell are you doing?"
"Well my closest friend should probably give me a tour of the office."
I rolled my eyes as he carried me through the corridors. We walked through and I showed him where everything was.
After it was finished he put me down and said
"Oh and by the way. I'm single" he winked and walked away. I blushed again and smiled widely.
I guess he found some confidence when he moved to LA. I walked back and Courtney came up to me
"He totally wants you. He wants you back. How did you even break up again?"
"I was being abused by my stepfather since I had a boyfriend, so Damien broke up with me for my safety."
"But since you don't have to worry about your dad...he wants to get some"
