Richards POV

"YOU ARE SO FUCKING ANNOYING!!" I screamed at my wife

She was backed into a corner in the kitchen crying.

"WHY HAVEN'T YOU MADE DINNER CUNT?!!"

She had her fingers holding her head as she sobbed uncontrollably.

"AND WHAT DID YOU SAY?! YOU SAID THAT YOU HAD DATED A GIRL BEFORE US!! SO YOU'RE LIKE YOUR FAGGOT SON TOO."

"Richard don't bring Shayne into this. Please."

"WHY DID I EVEN MARRY YOU."

"I'm glad Shayne left. So he wouldn't have to live with you."

"What did you say bitch?" I said in a menacing voice getting closer to my horrible wife.

"Richard please think about what you're doing."

Brittany's POV

My hand creeped closer to the knife on the table. I needed to get out of here. But he would find me and kill me. I needed to kill him first.

That's when he grabbed my hand before I could grab the knife.

"And just what did you think of doing with that?"

I looked down in defeat and cried even more.

"ANSWER ME!!!"

I punched him in the nose and ran out. I found the door and I could hear him yell and grab the knife.

I ran outside as fast as I could. I felt the adrenaline in my veins as I ran so fast. I found myself running right out of the neighborhood.

I planned this so many times and knew this route by heart. Luckily Richard wasn't a very fast runner.

I ran out of the neighborhood and went into the highway. I kept running I knew exactly where I was going. It would take a few days but it would be worth it to be out of The house of hell.

Where was I going? I was going to see my son in LA. He had been texting me so much and told me where he was.

I took out my phone and texted him.

Me- Shayne can I move in with you in LA

Shayne- of course. You can sleep on the couch.

Me- I finally left him. I'm on the run.

Shayne- good for you

I ran so much faster and I had a purpose.

I was going to get to LA
