Shaynes POV

I was driving home listening to music. I arrived home and entered my house. I took of my uniform and went upstairs to get into comfortable clothing.

I put on a loose t shirt that Damien left. It smelled like him and it felt relaxing and nice. I think Damien might've forgotten it though. I haven't seen him since that day I sent the texts. I don't think he would take me back after what I said. Even though I miss his arms wrapped around me and holding me tight keeping me warm.

He was so kind and loving. He would protect any of his friends, he was just confused that day. That day. That fucking day.

Even if we were to see each other again it would be to awkward. I stuck some earbuds in and turned on a ps4. I turned on a song while playing WWII.

I was almost finished with the campaign while singing a nice relaxing song that I related to right now.


"Say you'll remember me, standing in a nice dress staring at the sunset babe. Red lips and rosy cheeks. Say you'll see me again even if it's just in your wildest dreams aah ah. In your wildest dreams."

Ten minutes later

I was still playing COD WWII and listening to music when Olivia knocked on my door. I took out my earbuds and paused the game.

I opened my door and saw Olivia there looking guilty and looking down at her hands. She was twiddling her thins with a red face.

"Is something wrong?" I asked questioning and a bit worried

"Shayne. I need to tell you something." She said looking up at me
