Chapter 12: Party

Lauren

I sit in the living room waiting for Camilla and Normani to hurry up and finishing getting ready. They're always the last ones to finish getting ready.

"Okay, we're ready." Camilla rushed into the room carrying her jacket in her left hand and her purse in her right,

"Our limo is down stairs. We still have to pick up the guys and Little Mix." Ally said walking over to the door.

"We're picking them up?" I asked.

"Yeah." Ally said calmly opening the door.

I breathe out heavily.

"Great." I stated as I walked to the elevator and went down with the girls.

As we drive I can feel all the girl's eyes on me.

"What?" I asked getting annoyed with them burning holes through me.

"Just worried that you won't hold your ground tonight." Dinah said.

"Don't worry about me. Niall and I are just friends." I touched the pendent around my neck.

"Sure." They all roll their eyes to show me that they don't believe me.

"Watch, tonight he is going to dance with his girlfriend and I am going to dance with some random cute guy and we are all going to have an amazing time." I said.

"You'd better." Normani said in between laughs.

In a matter of moments we arrived at the boy's house where they and Little Mix waited outside. They all hoped in. Zayn sat next to Perrie and their hands were interlocked and Jade and Niall sat next to one another.

"So you and Perrie?" I ask Zayn.

"Yeah." He looks at Perrie and she smiles.

"You guys look really cute together." I smiled.

"Thank you." Perrie leaned into Zayn and Zayn held her close, "I'm sure you'll find someone someday."

I can feel Niall staring at me.

"Maybe I'll find someone tonight." I said trying to ignore Niall's stares.

"You seem like you're going to have fun tonight." Perrie said.

"You have no idea." I said trying to smile.

"Well I don't think that you should be looking for a relationship at a party where there are a whole bunch of random creeps lurking around." Niall said.

"I'm not looking for a relationship but you never know what could happen." I said looking at him.

"Just be careful. Weirdo's are everywhere." He said.

"Don't worry about me." I said getting a little frustrated, "Can we all just have fun tonight?" I ask looking around.

"Yeah." They all say in unison.

Even though everyone is smiling and having conversations with one another I can still feel Niall looking at me. I refuse to look his way because if I look at him I might not be able to stop and everyone, including his girlfriend, will know that something is up.

When the car pulls up to the party all of us get out one by one and go into the club. The lights are dimmed and the music is loud. The Dj is playing Please Don't Stop the Music by Rhianna, I feel like dancing.

"Ready to have fun?" I hear Jade shout over the music.

We all say 'YES!"

As I am about to go onto the dance floor to dance with the girls Niall pulls me into a corner.
