Chapter 28: Past or Future?

I wake up wanting to go back to sleep. I’m not ready to see the boys today after all that happened yesterday. I just wish that I could get my feelings in check first. Last night Harry and I actually kissed; not for the cameras but just because he wanted to kiss me. I’m not sure if he kissed me because I was upset about Jade kissing him or because he actually wanted to. Then Niall goes and breaks up with Jade for me.

I love Niall and I would give anything to be with him but I’m tired of history repeating itself. Maybe Harry would be my new start.

They’ll be here any minute so I hop in the shower and get dressed. I’m wearing a pair of denim shorts and a white blouse. I don’t want to look to fancy since we’ll just be in the house all day; I want to be comfortable.

“They’re here.” Camilla shouts from the living room.

“Okay; be there in a minute.” I shout back.

I spray some Moonlight Path Perfume on and I join the others in the living room.

“Hi Lauren.” Harry said walking over to me and hugging me.

“Hi.” I said as he released me from the hug.

“Hi.” Niall walked in front of Harry and kissed me on my cheek.

“You’re super friendly today.” I smile at him.

“Just with you.” He smiled back, “I want to prove to you that I won’t hurt you again. I didn’t know how much you meant to me until I lost you. I’m sorry for everything that I’ve put you through.”

“Niall I forgive you but you can’t expect me to trust you right away. Trust is earned.”

“I know and I plan on earning every single ounce of it back.”

All I can do is smile at him.

“Okay enough of this sappy romance novel stuff,” Ally said, “You guys came so that we could all have fun together so let’s go and watch a movie.”

“Sounds good.” Liam said walking over to the couch.

We all gathered around the T.V.

“You can sit on my lap just like you used to if you want?” Niall said.

I missed having Niall’s arms around me so I sat on his lap with no hesitation.

“Can I…” he sort of wrapped his arms around me.

I grabbed his arms and wrapped them around me completely then I snuggled in to him just like old times.

“Okay.” I whispered to him.

Watching Lauren sitting on Niall’s lap is killing me. I thought that after I kissed her with no cameras around she would know that I have feelings for her. I guess she doesn’t feel the same way I do. She will always love Niall and I’ll never be able to call her mine truly.

Mid-way into the movie Lauren got up off of Niall’s lap and headed into the kitchen.

“Anyone want popcorn?” I asked.

Ally, Camilla, and Liam all said they wanted some so I got up and headed to the kitchen as well.

“Hey.” I said coming up behind Lauren.

“Oh Harry you scared me.” She said in between laughs.

“Sorry.” I smiled at her, “Looks like things are going good with you and Niall.”
