Chapter 19: We Stay Together

*Andy*

I let her go, thinking she made the right choice for us. Brandon finally came jogging after the five minutes I watched her fade away. 
"Where did she go?" Brandon asked, and he just read my mind. 
"She made the right choice, Brandon. Now I just have to live with it," I said walking back to the group. 
"No, she didn't. Now we don't have any defense systems," he explained, and I thought of it. 
"Then we go back into the forest," I said looking back to the direction Avyanna went. 
"The guys won't like that," Brandon said unsure. 
"Then we go our separate ways," I said walking back into the direction she went. 
"I'll tell that to the guys," Brandon said rushing back to them, and I just looked at the direction Brandon was. When he was done, he came back to me, right by my side. We started walking out of the city, and into the forest. Once we got to the forest, we got greetings from Ben and Hayden.
"Hey! Look who's back," Ben said giving me a manly pat on the back.
"I have you seen Avyanna pass by here?" I asked them, and they exchanged looks.
"Yes. I asked her where were you guys, but she ignored my question," Ben answered, and I looked at Hayden to give me an answer.
"She headed in the forest alone because she didn't want to hurt no one else. You should just leave her alone," he stated, and I got up all in his face.
"I love her, and there is no such thing as alone in these situations," I growled at him, and walked off into the forest.
"Andy, it really is the best to leave her alone," Brandon said softly, and I shot him a glare.
"If it's her choice to leave, then it's my choice to follow her. Now that's the way it's going to be," I snapped, and I continued to go in the forest.

*Avyanna*

I was on a tree, and I was sitting on the branch. I was just chilling until I heard some twigs being stepped on. I hid myself in the leaves, and I saw Andy walking down. I climbed down, and I followed him were he was going. I stepped on a twig, and we both stopped in our tracks. I ran to a tree and climb it, but he teleported to me and pushed me down. He put his weight on me and pushed my arms against the floor.
"What do you want?" I asked, and he just got off me. I got up and climbed on the tree that I was facing at. I sat on the branch as if I was sneaking on him, and he just looked up at me.
"I really want to live my life with you, and I was wondering if we could live it together," he offered. I jumped off the branch, and I walked to him slowly. He had his hands behind his back, so it made me very suspicious. He pulled close enough for our bodies to touch, and he wrapped his hands around my waist.
"Andy, I don't want to hurt you," I said trying to gently push away. Then I felt this sour pain behind my back, and I felt it as a sour cold.
"Sorry," he said holding me with tears falling from his face.
"But why?" I asked in a whisper, and he carried me into a peaceful place.
"You'll see," he answered in a smile that he couldn't resist. I felt the cold piece of metal slid out of me while he laid me down. He threw dagger in anger, and he sat down next to me. He laid my head on is lap. I then started to glow again, and we went to the whole process again. I glowed, and I went down in one piece.
"What did you do?" I asked, and he just smirked at me.
"I gave you the curse back, so we can live together," he said in painful smile, and I walked up to him to wipe off the tears falling down his face.
"Then why are you still crying?" I asked in a chuckle, and he just looked at me with his tear streaked face.
"I had to hurt you, but I knew it was for a good cause," he said pulling me closer to him. I wrapped my arms around his neck, so our forehead could touch.
"Thank God I've met you," I said having a smile stretched on my face.
"Thank God for letting me have you," he said, pressing his lips against my cheek. "Let's go with the others," he said almost dragging me back. We heard bloody murder screams from further ahead, which made us go faster. When we made it, the mutants were getting attacked. I looked for Brandon and the rest of the crew, but they were no where to be found. I saw the black car and they were loading the guys in there. I stomped my foot to the ground to stab into the wheels so it wouldn't go no where. The men saw which direction it came from, so they started firing the sedating shots at me. I stomped a wall to block the shots and kicked it towards them. The wall landed on them, but it didn't squish them completely. I ran, and used the wall to jump onto the truck. I rushed to the engine part of the car, and I swung in through the window with my feet kicking them out. I locked the car by getting the locks stuck, and I turned on the shield. It gave me an option "in or out", so I assumed it was which side to protect. I chosen out to protect them from any damage.

I ripped the roof opened, and I climbing out of it. I got out to see Andy getting beaten up. I grabbed all the water from the trees, and I made an ice border with spikes. I then got all the metal from the call and made some ghetto throwing knives. I threw them at the men closer at him, and men were started to surround me.
"You!" I shouted as I stabbed some guy in the stomach and twisted it. "Leave!" I shouted as I grabbed another guy and pulled him to the ground to stab him in the heart. "Us!" I yelled as I threw another dagger at another guy's neck. "Alone!" I screamed as I threw the rest of the daggers in a semi-circle at the rest of the men. I let the ice around Andy melt as I snatch Andy into my arms.
"You're immortal now, so come on," I muttered as I shook him like a rag doll. He smirked while he open his eyes. The caramel chocolate color sparkled bright again, and I just let him get up from my arms. He didn't want to, so I just shoved him off with a giggle slip through my lips.
"Ugh! Come on," Andy complained as he got on his knees. He brushed off the dirt from his shirt, and he tackled me playfully.
"Andy, we got to help the others," I explained, and he just looked at everyone. He just saw everyone laying down.
"They'll get up eventually, so let's have some fun," I said, crashing his lips onto mine.
