The next day, Jack's mental health was evaluated. He was more honest than he had ever been before(partly because Mrs Barnsley was in the room with him) he was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress disorder, (ptsd) paranoid personality disorder, (ppd)  generalised anxiety disorder, clinical depression, and are currently recovering from bulimia nervosa. The doctors and nurses decided at this point is would be better to send him home rather than to a mental health hospital, for now, anyways.

Jack was sitting on his bed. No one was in the room until a nurse his therapist walked in with his current guardian, Mrs Barnsley. Jack was reading a book and didn't bother looking up when the trio walked in.

"Jack?" The young nurse called the teen, upon approaching his bed. The younger teen put his bookMark in the book. "Jack we have come to a decision. The nurse said. "We have evaluated the situation and feel that it is best if you go home. Jack screamed with joy internally. He wanted to go back with Susan so desperately, being fed up of sitting in the hospital room. Jack smiled.

"Jack, I'm sorry but you're not coming back home with me," Mrs Barnsley said, grabbing the teen's hand. Jack immediately pulled away from the middle aged woman, extremely upset. "I feel I was completely responsible for this." She paused, looking down at her feet.

"Your going to live with your grandma." His therapist finished off. Jack's heart plummeted. He jumped out of bed, pushed open the door and ran. He ran down corridors, down stairs, all the while being followed by countless numbers of staff who could not catch up with hi m and kept calling his name.

He ran and ran until he came outside of a ward. He could hear screaming coming from the inside. He ran past the room and two boys sitting outside of it. Out of the corner of his eye he was one of the boys jump up and chase after him.

"Jack!" A desperate voice called out behind him. He recognised it but he wasn't quite sure where from. "Please, slow down." Without realising it, he listened to the boy, slightly reducing his pace enough to let him catch up. Jack came to a halt as soon as he felt the warm arms wrap around his body.

"Remember what I said?" The teen asked him. He nodded, and only at that moment he realised whom was comforting him.

Zach.

Ptsd description: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder caused by very stressful, frightening or distressing events. Someone with PTSD often relives the traumatic event through nightmares and flashbacks, and may experience feelings of isolation, irritability and guilt.

Ppd: Paranoid personality disorder (PPD) is a mental disorder characterized by paranoiaand a pervasive, long-standing suspiciousness and generalized mistrust of others. People with this personality disordermay be hypersensitive, easily insulted, and habitually relate to the world by vigilant scanning of the environment for clues or suggestions that may validate their fears or biases. They are eager observers. They think they are in danger and look for signs and threats of that danger, potentially not appreciating other evidence.

Generalized anxiety disorder:a psychological disorder characterized by excessive or disproportionate anxiety about several aspects of life, such as work, social relationships, or financial matters.

"extreme worrying almost every day for six months or more may signal generalized anxiety disorder"

Clinical depression:Depression is a low mood that lasts for a long time, and affects your everyday life.

In its mildest form, depression can mean just being in low spirits. It doesn’t stop you leading your normal life but makes everything harder to do and seem less worthwhile. At its most severe, depression can be life-threatening because it can make you feel suicidal or simply give up the will to live

Generalised anxiety disorder:Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is an anxiety disorder characterized by excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry, that is, apprehensive expectation about events or activities

Bulimia nervosa is when one eats and throws up upon guilt, over excersizes, uses laxatives or starved themselves after binge eating.
