(Y/n)'s P.O.V

I dashed through dark alley ways, occasionally checking over my shoulder making sure N didn't follow. 'I didn't think he'd remember this necklace, it was only in pictures!' I thought to myself before slowing to a walk. Zorua, Herdier and Rufflet were all asleep in my bag, so I was holding onto it quite tightly, not wanting to lose any of them. I was panting like a Lillipup in the desert; I had just run, now I had no idea where I was in this huge city. I looked around, attempting to find any sort of life. I ended up continuing down the narrow back alley ways, surely, I'd end up somewhere livelier... Right?

After a good hour of roaming, I stopped and sighed. "I'm completely lost. Damn it!" I shouted out to no one in particular. My bag started moving, one of my pokemon were awake. A droopy eyed glare was sent my way from a very angry Zorua.
'Grr... When I'm sleeping, it would be nice if you didn't shout!' Zorua barked angrily. I flinched, but my mouth slowly morphed into a sadistic smirk.
"Oh? If you're sleeping? I think I'll be the loudest. After all... Who woke me up?" The shiver that went through Zorua made my smirk change into an insane smile. It vanished after Herdier poked his head out of the bag.
'Mornin', how are ya?' He yipped happily, before looking around. 'Why are we in an alley?' I quickly briefed them about the situation. After the explanation I shut my eyes, expecting the two to start barking, however I felt Herdiers paws on my chest. I looked down at him, he was close to hugging me (the closest a Herdier could to hugging anyway). I wrapped my arms around him before asking,
"Do you think you could help me out? I trust your nose."

I popped him on the floor, and he began sniffing the way. He lifted his head and barked happily, 'I smell bacon!' His tail wagged happily as he ran towards the food. 'He's going to want some if he finds the shop.' I chased after him, jumping over small rubbish bags and climbing over the large rubbish bins just to keep him in sight. Rufflet had woken up by now and was flying with Zorua so I could rush after the hungry puppy a bit quicker. I had finally caught up with Herdier, we were out on a busy street by a restaurant. Herdier was sitting patiently by a table, pleading the people at the table to drop a piece of food for him.

"Herdier, come here. Leave those people alone!" Herdier sadly left the food filled table but turned back as a blond haired girl laughed and put on a green hat.
"Hilbert and I were just finishing up, weren't we?" She turned and pet Herdier, and not so sneakily gave him a piece of bacon. I had walked up to them by now. I was about to take Herdier and give him a stern talking to, which would no doubt change into him on top of me licking my, but the identity of the green hatted blonde caught me off guard.
"B?" Bianca looked up at me and gave a look that probably mimicked my own.
"(Y/n)? Where were you yesterday? We looked in the Center for you, but you weren't there!" Not wanting to tell them I spent the night with N, Bianca would certainly kill both of us, I choose a half truth.
"I was out exploring. New city, new sights, just new in general." I laughed nervously, hoping she believed me, but the sceptical look that was coming my way told me otherwise. Hilbert, who was now trying to keep Herdier off the table, piped up.
"Did you manage to find the gym? I couldn't find it yesterday!" Herdier had wriggled out of Hills grasp and had knocked the plastic plates from the table. Hilbert groaned, clearly frustrated, Herdier on the other hand couldn't be happier. I would've scolded Herdier, but I knew he was hungry.
"No, I never found it. But I may have an idea of where it is."

I led the way to the only place I hadn't been, the far west of Castelia City. While we were walking, I noticed Bianca holding her bag tighter the usual. "Hey B, what's wrong?" Her head shoots up, probably startled by the sudden question.
"Nothing, why d'you ask?"
"The way you're holding your bag, your knuckles are going white."
"B, you should tell her, you know how easily she finds things out!"
"That's true... Team Plasma stole my... My Munna yesterday. I've just been trying to be a bit more cautious." I go to shout at Hilbert for not stopping them, but Bianca stopped me. "Hilbert chased after them and he got Munna back!" I nodded, I really understood the reason for being cautious, after all I do the same. We continued walking until we hit a brick wall, then we turned right.
"This is where Team Plasma was, the gym can't be this way!"
"The best place to hide is in plain sight. They could've been right next to a police station and if they didn't do anything illegal, no one would know that they were there." I ran down the bustling street, looking at every building that I passed, looking for that building that screamed 'Pokemon Gym'! Surprise, surprise, it was quite easy to find, it literally had a huge sign above it. I turned to Hilbert with a smug grin on my face. He laughed in disbelief and playfully punched my shoulder. "Well, colour me surprised, let's get that badge then!"
