I wake up in my own apartment the next morning. It could not have felt any better knowing that I was home again. The sun shining through my window... the potential for a great day in LA.

My phone flashes and I know someone just texted me. I pull up my text message app and say who sent me one. Josh.

Josh: Hey. I heard you were back in town. I want to see you.

Me: Okay. Want to meet me for lunch at one at the cafe near you house?

Josh: Perfect. See you then. :)

Ugggghhh. How dare he give me a smiley face? He does not have the right to do that since he decided not to tell me about his wedding! Not that I'm jealous or anything.....

I eventually decide that I should probably get out of bed by the time it's eleven. Within thirty minutes, I fed, dressed and ready to go meet Josh. The problem is that I still have an hour and half before I actually do HAVE to leave. Great. This just gives me another hour to ponder the thought of what I'm going to actually say to him. Should I confront him about the wedding or ease onto the subject? Should I talk about our relationship or leave it alone? Dear god! This is going to be harder than I thought.

1:00 finally comes. Hallelujah! I've though everything through and still don't know what to say when I see him. It's like when I met him for the first time back when I was twelve. Tongue tied and nowhere to run to.

I arrive at the cafe and he eventually comes wandering in looking like a new man. He seems to have bulked up and bit and walks in a more of a manly way. Don't ask me why but I'm sure he looks somewhat different.

"I'm sorry, but is this seat taken?" Josh says with a apologetic look on his face.

"Sit down, you idiot." I say with a smile. He chuckles and sits down across from me.

"Wow." He with wide eyes.

"What?" I say back.

"You look different... in the best possible way of course! Jeez! What have you been doing in Paris for these three years."

"Growing, learning, exploring. You know, the usual thing everybody does when they are turning into an adult." Josh smiles an innocent grin at me. I look back. "What have you been up to Mr. Hutcherson?"

"Ummm... not much actually. I did some movies, attended some events.. You know, the usual for being an actor." I laugh at him using my wording . I can't believe he won't tell me about the wedding still though. So childish thinking that I would have a tantrum if I heard. Haven't you heard Josh! I'm an adult now!

"So-" I get cut off by the waiter. We order and I get back to what I was saying. "As I was saying, so anything new happening for you in the near future?"

"No, not really," I roll my eyes. "What? What's wrong with what I said?"

"Oh no, what you said fine... it just wasn't true. Josh, me and you both know that something bug is happening in three weeks. Something huge for you." He looks confused and then it becomes all too clear.

"Where did you hear about the wedding?" His voice is hushed and stern.

"That doesn't matter. The question that I should be asking you is, why don't you tell me?" I ask him like I'm pleading for his mercy. "I just want to know that, Then I will never mention it again."

"Causeithoughtyouwoukdgetjealousandwewouldntbeabletobefriends."

"What was that?" I say clearly.
