"Hyung?!"

"Hey" Yoongi shyly scratched his nape as he walks towards the group of boys infront of him, mouths wide open at the sight of the man infront of them, a month has passed since they saw the lad walking with a small smile on, it was really surprising for them but they can't help to think of you seeing him, you would be so happy

Well maybe.

"How did you-"

"Got out? From the door Tae" Yoongi said sitting down, the table wasn't filled with laughs like it usually do whenever Yoongi snaps back at Taehyung, it was somehow more uncomfortable for Yoongi, it was like he doesn't belong anymore

"Yah aren't you happy?" Yoongi said laughing trying to ease the mood but they only sat silent

"We're happy hyung, of course" Namjoon said smiling as he looked at the others too

"Of course, maybe we just got used to your absence" Jin said

"Uhm well yeah" Yoongi awkwardly said

"So how was that month long lockdown?" Taehyung asked earning small smacks and glares from the others, his eyes showing pain because of the others' hands in his back making him whine

"Yah what did I do wrong?"

"Well it was nothing to me at first since she was there...but after she left, it got hard for me" Yoongi said, the table fell silent again after Yoongi brought you up, they knew how hard it was for you to move on from him

"How is she anyways?" Yoongi asked again breaking the silence between them

"Oh I gues you didn't know-"

Namjoon was abruptly stopped when Taehyung spoke again

"She's dead"

Yoongi's face fell, his hands beneath the table trembled, his mind was going blank, the only thing he can only think about was you, all you, he knew he was wrong about those things he did that day, he doesn't mean any of those things, he regretted everything to be honest

Until Taehyung suddenly broke into laughter, the others didn't spoke, they just looked at Yoongi who became silent

"I was just joking geez" Taehyung said as Yoongi's head bolted up, his eyes were glistening with tears, the others looked at Taehyung in disbelief before patting Yoongi at the back comforting him

"That wasn't a very good joke Taehyung" Yoongi said but smiled afterwards

She's alive and safe, maybe that's what matters for now

The others started talking to break the awkward silence Taehyung has stupidly made but then they all fell silent again when their eyes darted to you entering the cafè, Yoongi looked confused but then he heard you

"Hey guys!" Yoongi's eyes widen hearing your angelic voice behind him, he turned around and saw how beautiful you are just like always, your eyes suddenly met and he can't help but feel his heart broken when your eyes quickly looked away and your smile abruptly fell
