Anyone can fall in love but only the strong one's will keep it halal.

Yumna:
I was ready He was late; should I give him a call? I checked the time and it was after half. That call has me agitated. Thank God, when I called Imran, they were secure. I called Ahad's father, but he also showed up by 5 p.m., when he leaves work. He even fires his staff because his father is so understanding of the fact that they too have families and lives to live.

"Where had Ahad gone?"While I waited in our room, I asked myself in a quiet voice, "Will you give me a surprise?" Or was he just lying to me and not keeping his word this time?

I heard the door open shortly after, and the man I had been worried about entered. Who makes a wife wait and worry like that?

I began to pester him with inquiries. I felt terrified.

"Where have you been and do you realize how anxious I was? You promised to be here when I was ready, but you were late by more than 30 minutes, and what if something were to happen to you?"He cut me off by putting his finger on my lips.

"Shhh...I was fixing some problems; nothing happened."why did you look so frightened while asking me did someone say something?

I ignored him I din't want to spoil our time He will worry if I tell him, and we will have to spend all of our valuable time at home.I will tell him when it is appropriate.

If you want to do something do now,
You never know how quickly things can change.

"Can not a wife be concerned for her husband when no one else said anything?"I asked, looking down hesitantly as I tried to adjust my hijab correctly. I became aware and anxious as soon as I noticed a pair of shoes getting closer.

Whoa, I guess someone was concerned about me?He asked in a lighthearted manner, then took my hands and gave my fingers a kiss on the back. I could no longer look at him, so I stopped and turned away.

Almighty, this aspect of his heart will drive me insane. Please, Allah, grant him eternal happiness.

"Am I making you nervous?"He asked again, and I decided to change the topic.

I took my hands out of his grip and said, "We are getting late."

"We are going to pray Maghrib where?"I asked him as I continued on, putting him behind me.

"Well, wifey, we are on our way back. However, in case we are late, we will pray at the mosque. Mom and dad need some alone time, so do not worry about cooking; we will eat outside. As per tradition, I will drop you off at your house for the day."I thanked him, and I could not stop smiling.

"Just thanks,"I turned to face him when he asked, his smile and sly grin giving off the impression that he was planning something.

"What else do you want, and if you want dinner, I will make your favorite dishes," I told him, and he approached until my back hit the door.

"You are my wife and you belong to me; you are too innocent and I promise to protect you always," he stated in a commanding manner.

I met those gorgeous eyes and wondered why he seemed so concerned that something would happen to me.Did he discover the attempts on our lives, or what was he concealing?

His compassionate nature is a quality I adore in him.

"Please let me know where we are going," I tried again to know.

He was giving me chilly shoulders that day. It is true that you should be patient, and Allah will arrange everything at the appropriate time.

"I am intrigued," I said to him, holding one hand beneath him and the other open to let cool air in. God, nature is so breathtaking.

We were just strolling when I wondered where he had taken me. I have not visited all the fancy places in London, but up until now, this place did not seem fancy; it was just full of greenery. He held my hands as we walked there, and I was left to just stare at the location; it was amazing and breathtaking; even though it was dark, the soft glow of the candles added to its beauty.

The most amazing surprise ever, I just kept staring at the view."Could he be any better?"

Waves indicated that I was on a beach, and in front of me was a red-shaped heart drawn in the sand, with a table between it, candles next to each chair, and gentle background music playing. Later, we exchanged likes and dislikes with one another, and a waiter arrived so we could place our orders and continue the 20-question game.

After we finished our dinner, he asked me to dance. I had no idea, but he guided me and instructed me to simply follow his instructions to learn. He seemed like a good teacher; did he also instruct someone else? Why had that thought even occurred to me?
We paid the bill—that is, he paid it and would not let me pay—then went for a walk by the beach, where waves intermittently splashed cool water against our legs.

"This is one of the best surprise dinners," I told him as I hugged him. At first, he stood still but then hugged me back.

"There will be more, and I am happy you enjoyed it,"His phone started ringing as we were returning to our car, and he told me to ignore it because he had previously told me not to use phones in such situations. I asked him what would happen if there was an emergency.

He was putting his car keys in the ignition when his phone rang again. We both looked at each other, and when he picked it up, all color had gone from his face. It was an unknown number.

He seemed to be in shock as I shook him in an attempt to get him back into his usual mood.

Ahad,I grabbed his hands and squeezed them, telling him, "You are scaring me," but he did not seem to understand.

I cupped his face and begged, "Ahad, please tell me I am here with you, share with me. I do not know where boldness came from, but I am his wife, and he needs me right now."

"My father...he..."He began speaking as tears began to fall down his cheeks, saying, "I have never seen him so broken until he could not finish sentence." After giving him some space and time, he told me, and I was shocked.
