Chapter 49

Kitana's POV

"OK everyone are you ready?" Stein asked standing infront of the students bar Levi, Eren, Rivalle and myself. 

"Yes!" Everyone called back.

"Ok basic rules. Do not kill any of these four. If they get a direct hit to you or you hit them directly you are out. Kitana, Rivalle, Levi and Eren can use any means to escape you they want bar the Ash trail. Anyone who has a fire or eletric type weapon partner be carefull some parts of the buildings are highly flammable. Phoenix's please hand over your weapons." Spirit said as Maka ducked behind Tsubaki to hide from her father. We all unclipped our weapon belts and handed them over and removed the dagger from our boots. The four of us were dressed in dark blue which is better for blending into the shadows than black and we had hooded jackets on so no one could identify us till they were looking in our faces. Once we removed our remaining weapons Spirit turned to us. "We will give our fake Kishins 10 minutes head start so that this is fair. Off you go you lot." He said and we turned and ran into the building infront of us. Eren and Levi bolted to the left and split into the two buildings that way. Rivalle looked and me and nodded before zagging to the right after we ran through the main door he bolted towards the side house to the main structure where I will be hiding. I ran hard and jumped up onto floors without stair cases and climbed through walls waiting my rubber knives each one was set to dispense paint on contact. Spirit hit an air horn so we knew that the others were coming in hunting and the games begun. 

Kid's Pov

I ran into the building holding onto Liz and Patty with Maka running beside me holding Soul. "Let's hunt down a Phoenix." I said as we ran into the main building. Our class was going into the main building. The NOT classes were taking the small side house to the main masion and the remaining EAT classes were split amongst the other three buildings on the property. We had found an old building that turned out to be a group of housing and property belonging to Keil from over 200 years ago that he forgot he had. He told us to go nuts just don't burn the place down he was thinking of restoring it. 

"Any guesses to who we are hunting?" Maka asked dodging other students from our class who were impatient.

"Kitana is in this building I can see it in her soul above us. Let's find a way up." I said and Maka nodded as Black Star ran into her.

"I am going to find all four of the Phoenix's and show them how big a Star I am!" He laughed making me roll my eyes and shake my head as he ran off and jumped up over a half destroyed stair case getting onto the first landing. 

"We better follow him up then work from there." Maka sighed and I nodded jumping up to follow Black Star who had already disappeared.

4 hours had passsed and we still hadn't found Kitana or Rivalle. Levi and Eren had been caught by chance but they had taken down practically half the school in the process. They were indifferent to everyone they took down weapons and meisters the same. Rivalle was making his way through the NOT kids and Kitana had taken down half the class without so much as anyone seeing where the hell she was coming from. 

"Maka you go to the left I will go to the right." I instructed and Maka nodded going to the left of the hall way as I went to the right. "Kitana where in the hell are you?" I muttered to myself looking everywhere for her.

"Boo." A voice said in my ear making me jump. "Now. Now Kid settle down." Kit said as I turned around and pointed Liz and Patty at her. "You have a clear shot take it." 

"You know that I could take you down Kit. I haven't been training with you for no reason besides I am exempt from this test. Mor would just kill me if I didn't last more than an hour." I sighed and she nodded.
