Loki's P.O.V.

I stepped down from the portal and pulled both my daggers from my hidden pockets. A scowl found my face when I saw the state my kids were in. The strange boy from the portal was helping Levi stand while Sofia was being choked by Kelda.

"Step away from my children!" I growled, feeling more powerful once Sera had exited the portal. The golden circle behind us closed just as Kelda let Sofia crumble to the ground.

Anger flashed through the blonde's blue eyes and she began to march over to us. "You finally made it back, and I owe you an apology. Your wife is strong, for a human!" Sera frowned from beside me and pointed at Kelda. "You know, I'm starting to get the feeling that you don't like me."

Kelda ignored Sera's comment and cracked her neck. "How are we going to do this, Loki? Should I kill you, just like you killed Bill or do you want something more creative?" Without another word she thrust her hand in the air and dark clouds appeared.

"Get down!!" I yelled and shoved Sera to the side. We both ran to the sides of the streets for cover. A blue lightning bolt shattered the ground where we once stood. Sera hoped over the car she was behind and inhaled a large breath.

She breathed out a wave of fire in Kelda's direction. The blonde screamed and was too blinded to summon any rain. Sera continued to breath fire until she was out of air. Kelda was laying on the ground and Sera's eyes were burning with flames. She raised her hand that was dripping with fire and I knew that if she didn't stop she would overheat.

I sprinted past the amazed children and grabbed my wife's wrist. "Sera stop!" I instructed, letting the Frost Giant inside me take over. She looked up at me with confused brown eyes. "What?"

"We can't kill her." I informed in a hush manner. Kelda groaned in pain as she created a tornado in the palm of her hand. Once it was successfully, made she pointed it in our direction and we were thrown against a blue SUV.

"Why?" Sera questioned, melting off the car door. Once it was dethatched, she threw it like a Frisbee in Kelda's direction. "Because this isn't just about being Kelda it's about doing it the right way! I have felt guilt for killing Bill ever since she showed up and I want to prove to myself that I've changed."

My wife stopped throwing flaming items at the witch and looked at me with wide eyes. Before I could say anything she threw herself on me in a giant bear hug. "You have no idea how happy it makes me to hear you say that!!"

I smiled warmly and pat her back. "Can we hug when we're not about to be killed?" Sera jumped off me and straightened her dress. "Right, sorry!" Sera moved her head just out of the way as the spear Kelda had created punctured the car between our faces.

"Just like we practiced?" I suggested. "I'll followed your lead." Sera answered. Loki lunged at Kelda with an unmatchable speed. As she went to throw a punch, Loki slid between her legs. As he hopped to his feet, his skin turned a striking blue.

His blazing red eyes locked onto mine as he sent ice spikes in Kelda's direction. She dodged them with ease but I was ready behind her. I extended both my arms and spewed a fire that melted the ice and made the water boil.

Kelda hissed in pain as the water came into contact with her skin. We both began to walk around her, spewing both of our elements at the same time. When we both were growing weak, Sera stepped back and I created a spear in my palm.

I grabbed Kelda's shoulder and plunged it into her bicep. Her skin was severed and burnt as I forced her to face me. "I will spare you the mercy I should have spared your lover."

Kelda shook under my glare and her pink magic began to work on her broken skin. "Leave and never bother me or my family again fi you want to live." The witch nodded and tucked her singed hair behind her ear.
