You snuggled up to Johnny, his body close to yours. You both shared a few kisses, beforelooking at each other in the eyes.
Alhough the both of you were sneaking around and hiding from Dallas, you always made it work by at least seeing each other once or twice a day.
"Do you think Dallas will ever notice if you and I are together?" You say with a small hint of worry in your voice.
"Darling, it's not about Dallas right now. I knowhe's your brother and wantsyouprotected at all times, but-"
As Johnny was speaking, the door slammed open to a furious Dallas with Ponyboy right at his side.
"You. Come with me," He pointed at you, which caused shivers to go down yourbody. "I'll deal with you later." He said to Johnny, before grabbingyouby your arm and basically dragging you to another room.
"When I said to stay away from me when you're in relationships, this is not what I meant." Dallas says, his voice going an octave lower. "I told you several times to not date one of my friends, especially not Johnny."
"Johnny is different. So what? Did you want me dating someone that shares the same interests as you?" You cross your arms.
"Wanna know something? You're being stubborn just because you can't control your stupid hormones. Well guess what? You're not allowed to be near Johnny anymore, nor be able to sneak around. Now go tell Johnny that you're done and let's go home." He snaps at you, beforewalking out of the small room.
You didn't want to change your ways, but it had to be done.
