Maegan
We arrive at our destination in a short amount of time and are in awe at the crowd gathering just to see us. "Woah," I say under my breath as we get out. Michael carries Luke's guitar and Ashton his Cojan as we make our way to the crowd. "I know, right?" Luke says as he nudges my side. I smile slightly and nudge him back. A few squeals are heard from the group of girls and guys and I chuckle slightly.
We get to the small, circular space that the group has made for us. Mikey gets the acoustic guitar out of its case and places it on the ground. Luke sits on the case and I sit on the ground be side him. Calum sits next to me, Madison by Michael, and Ashton behind Calum. Michael starts to tune the guitar and plays a few chords of a random song that I can't put my tongue on at the moment.
"What song are you guys gonna sing?" I girl towards the front of the crowd asks. Ashton looks up to find the person who asked and looks at her, smiling warmly. "Jasey Rae," He replies sweetly. I smile as some of the girls aw and squeal, leaving me to assume they're fans of All Time Low. "Okay, guys, you ready?" Luke looks at all of us. We all nod and Michael starts playing the familiar tune of one of my all time favorite songs. Luke starts singing. "Lights out, I still hear the rain. These images that feel my head, now keep my fingers from making mistakes. Tell me what it takes to speak up, speak up, and keep my conscience clean when I wake." Calum and I join in on the chorus, "Don't make this easy, I want you to mean it, Jasey (say you'll mean it). You're dressed to kill. I'm calling you out, don't waste your time on me." The song ends a bit too quickly and people are applauding. I hear some girls say "They're so cute!" and "I ship them so hard!" I smile and blush to myself.
I feel Cal nudge me and I turn to look at him. I nudge him back and we end up having this nudging war. We end up laughing loudly and I poke his ribs, causing him to shrink. I smirk. He's ticklish. I shake my head, laughing to myself. "Okay, guys, I'd appreciate it if you didn't flirt when we have a crowd to preform to," Michael says in a joking manner, which just causes me to laugh more. I look around and see the girls looking at us in awe.
"Maegan, can you sing a solo?" One girl at the front of the group to my left asks. "Yeah, if you guys don't mind," I say, looking to Mikey, Cal, Ash, Luke, and Madison. They shake their heads, encouraging me to go on. "Okay, what song do you have in mind?" I ask, smiling at the girl who asked the question. She looked around my age, a bit on the short side. Her hair was a light brown color and she had piercing green eyes that could kill. She wore a plain black T-Shirt, ripped skinny jeans, and white Converse.
"Could you sing 'Crash' by You Me At Six?" She asks. I bite my lip and nod, "That I can. It's one of my favorite songs, actually." I look at Michael and he smiles at me and begins to play the familiar tune of the song I've grown to love. "Wait, where you say you've been? Who you been with? Where you say you're goin'? Who you goin' with? Keep me on my toes, keep me in the know. Wait, keep me in your skin; keep me in your chest. I'll wait for it to start. I'll wait for it to end. Keep me on my toes, keep me in the know. But when I looked at him, I thought of only you. If only there was proof I could use to show it's true. We were young, we were in our teens. It wasn't real love, spent behind bars. Oh it's sad to think, we just let it be. Prisoners of love. It's so easy for it to be, something second guessed. Easy to read, don't let it become, a meaningless routine. It's meaningless to me. But when I looked at him, I thought of only you. If only there was proof I could use to show you it's true. Just crash, fall down, I'll wrap my arms around you now. Just crash, it's our time now, to make this work second time around." I finish singing after a bit and the crowd claps. I smile, blushing slightly and being to chew on my bottom lip - a terrible habit I have yet to break out of.
I feel an arm being wrapped ar0und my shoulder and look up to see a happy looking Calum Hood smiling down at me. I return the smile and feel the heat reach my cheeks and quickly break eye contact. Our faces were literally two inches apart and if I continued to stare at him like that, I would've probably done something I didn't exactly want to do just yet. He pulls me closer to him and I smile slightly to myself, chewing on my bottom lip. I hear a girl from the crowd shout the following question: "Calum, are you and Maegan dating? Because if you are, you're so friggin' cute together! And if you aren't, literally get together now and make Calgan babies!" I laugh and shake my head. "Oh, gee, look at that," I say, poking Cal's side with my fore finger, "They already have a ship name for us." He laughs and shakes his head, deciding not to answer the question.
"Okay, guys, we're gonna sing an original next!"
