"Should I get this one?" I point to the dress on the computer screen for Harry to see.

"I honestly don't care what you get, babe. You'll look fine in anything." He blantly says. I turn in the chair to see him on his phone not paying any attention to the world around him.

"Atleast cooperate with me." I sigh. This is harder than it seems. I don't have anyone to go shopping with since Maddie already has her dress. I used to only go shopping with Tori, but that's out of the question, unless if she really wants to. I've missed her these past weeks and she is a fashionista. I pick up my phone and send a quick text to Tori.

Im sorry about our whole fall out. I miss us being besties, can we put this behind us and go back to what we used to be??

I set my phone down and wait for her to respond. Luckily she doesn't take too long to notice my text and my phone beeps.

I miss you too xx. We most definitely are best friends again :)

I smile and ask if she wants to help me find a prom dress. She says yes and we decide to meet at the mall in ten minutes.

"Harry, I'm going to the mall. I'll be back around an hour or so." I grab the keys to my car and give Harry a kiss on the cheek before I leave.

"Get this one!" Tori holds up a purple dress that's floor length and has dark purple at the top but slowly turns lighter as it goes to the bottom.

"That's for old grannies! Cals, ya gotta get this one!" Louis holds up a short white dress with a blue silk sash wrapped around the waist.

"She's not gonna like that!" Tori yanks the dress and puts it on a rack. They keep fighting about which dress is better and it's giving me a huge freaking headache!

"Both of you stop!" I shout. They stop and stare at me with wide eyes, as well as the rest of the shoppers in Kohl's.

"Why don't I try on both of them so you guys can shut the hell up?" I take the dresses from them and they follow me to the dressing room. First I try on the purple ombre dress. It looks fine but not my styles, really. Then I try on Louis' dress. It looks a bit weird on me since I'm short and it's made for taller people.

"You guys," I come out of the dressing room holding both of the dresses, "none of these really suit me! I want a long, beautiful dress that's nothing like any other dress in the world. With a color that suits my pale complexion."

"Something like this?" A sales clerk comes out from behind Louis and Tori, scaring them to death, holding a long strapless dress. It's a mint green color and two strands of material are overlapping at the waist with sparkles on the chest. It's perfect!

I nod my head 'yes' eagerly and take the dress from her. I run back to the dressing rooms to try it on. It fits perfectly, like it was made for me! Not too long, but not too short.

After I paid for the dress, a gun shot was heard and screams erupted from outside of the store. Everyone in all of the stores got down causing people in Kohl's to too. The same woman who helped me with my dress ran to the entrance of the store and locked the doors so no one could come in and no one could get out.

Louis poked my shoulder and whispered "What the fuck is going on?!" I shrugged my shoulders and got in the fetal position on the cold tiles. What is happening?

Harry~

Liam texted me asking if we were going tuxedo shopping and really don't want to fucking go. Even though prom is two weeks away and I still haven't done anything for it. Like getting a limo, buying a corsage for Cally, getting everything set up.

After millions of texts from Liam trying to make me go with him and Niall shopping, I agree and head to the mall. Maybe I'll see Cally there.

I meet Niall and Liam at a suit shop in the mall and they help me find one that looks right on me. Finally, we find a black jacket and a black shirt to go with it. I already have some "dressy" boots at home so I'll just wear those. It seems casual, which is my style.

"Okay, it's my turn now!" Niall cheers. Liam laughs but I rool my eyes. Lately he's been getting on my nerves, him being all happy and shit. I don't know if it's about that slut Misty or something else but it's creeping me out!

Liam finds Niall a black suit with a white and blue striped shirt and honestly, it doesn't look that bad. Claps to you, Liam.

"How do I look, Haz?" Niall spins to show me his suit.

"Appealing to the eyes, Ni." He laughs and I join in.

Someone outside of the shop fires a gun and I look back to the noise while everyone screams and gets down on the ground. A man in what seems to be a bathroom robe and a dirty shirt has his gun raised in the air and is looking straight towards me. He smiles and lowers his gun so its now pointing at me. It's like I'm frozen and I can't get the strength to move. He pulls the trigger and I feel someone push me to the ground. I land on the tiles with a thud and someone else falls right next to me. It's Niall.

I start to panic as the guy runs away. I would try and run after him but one of my best friends is injured right in front of me! Liam starts crying on the phone with the police and I examine his wound. He shot him in the left shoulder and the bullet didn't go in too far so he should be fine. I start to apply pressure to his shoulder to control the bleeding. It's a good thing I'm a nurse.

Ambulances and police cars start to arrive so Liam carries Niall outside while he's in his suit still. We hadn't paid for them yet which causes the alarms to go off but no body does anything. Why would they?

"Harry!" Cally yells for me as we pass Kohl's. I turn around to see Louis and Tori following her.

"Harry, what's going on?" She starts to cry as she sees Niall in Liam's arms with his eyes closed and his shoulder still bleeding.

So, was this a longer update? I typed it all on my computer and it's exactly 1,147 words soo it should be XD
