I stand in front of the mirror, Tori right beside me admiring our reflections. My hair up in a fancy braided bun and hers is down and curled.

"You look beautiful, Cally." She smiles and holds my shoulder. I blush in return and spin around in my dress.

"I still can't believe we are going to prom." Tori squeals and hugs me, making sure not to mess up my hair and make up.

Tonight is prom. After today, Harry and I will be getting ready for the move to California. I still can't believe he's agreed to go with me. The other boys can't wither, but not in a good way. They still support him, though, and he's already applied for Berkeley and other colleges but hopefully he gets accepted like I did.

"Get your shoes on! Niall and Harry are waiting downstairs for us." I nod and take out my sparkling flats, putting them on my feet.

I follow Tori down the stairs. My mother flashes her camera multiple times as soon as we come into view. I just smile and continue walking. Harry stands proudly in his suit and bow tie next to Niall who awaits for Tori.

"I got you one of these-erm things." He pulls out a white corsage.

"Aww, for me?" We both laugh as I slip it on my hand. I admire it like a diamond ring on my finger and sigh.

"Harold, this is beautiful. I'm beautiful. And you're...just here." I tease him. He laughs but puts his hand on his chest acting like he's hurt.

"I thought I was beautiful, too." He fake cries and wipes a fake tear away from his eyes. I roll my eyes and take his hand for more pictures.

"Okay, kids! One, two..." I quickly pinch Harry's butt before she snaps a picture and he yelps in pain.

He stares at me for a minute before grinning, "Hey, what are you-" He pinches my butt before I could ask and I slap him on the arm. Hard.

"Settle down, you two!" Niall comes in between us and straightens his tux.

Niall, Tori, Harry, and I leave after ten minutes of pictures from my mom and pile into Harry's car. I'm in the front with Harry and Niall and Tori are in the back.

It feels nice being with my friends before I leave to go all the way across the country. When I told Tori the news, she was sad but understood that I need to do this for my own good. I need to get away from this town and its painful memories.

"We're here." Harry announces. Everybody gets out of the car following the crowd of people entering the school. This is so exciting! I've always dreamed about my prom and it's finally here!

I hold on to Harry's hand hoping not to get seperated. We arrive at the ticket stand and Harry flashes our tickets. The girl lets us pass on to the gym. The theme is 'Under the Sea' which is so typical for a prom. My dress goes along perfectly with the theme, representing a mint-sea foam green color.

We meet up with Liam and Zayn by the punch bowl. "Hey guys, you look gorgeous, Cally." Liam takes my hand and kisses it.

"Why thank you, kind one." I giggle and look around. Where's Louis? As if on que, the principal taps the microphone, eliciting a high pitch squeak. Everyone cringes at the sound.

"Welcome, students, to the prom of 2014!" Claps and hollers arise from my fellow classmates.

"Now I'd like to present to you, 5 Seconds of...Louis?" What?

Louis, Michael, Ashton, Luke, and Calum stand from behind the curtain. All of them but Louis have an agitated look on their face. "Thank you, thank you!" Louis screams into the mic.

"This is a little song written by us-"

"And by us you mean them?" Liam yells causing many people to laugh, including myself.

"Shut up, Liam." Louis groans. A guitar starts out with a fast beat, the drummer following suit. Louis starts singing the lyrics to a song "What I Like About You" and I immediately recognize it.

"Oh my gosh, I love this song!" I pat Harry's shoulder multiple times.

"But why is Louis up there?"

"He decided that the band wasn't going anywhere without me so I'm guessing he joined the other boys' group." Harry answers. He stifles out a laugh as Louis jumps around the stage, standing on one of the amps.

"Well, this is gonna be an eventful night." Liam sighs and shakes his head.

But, im afraid that Endless Darkness is nearing an end. (Probably about 2-5 more if i decide not to make this a long story)

I'm debating on whether to make a sequel or not. It could go into more drama about Cally's dad or I could make Endless Darkness longer. It's up to you guys!
