Chapter 31

It's been two weeks since I've tried to contact my mother about the whole house hunting thing. I want to call her, even text, but I don't have the strength to. The thought of my father out there, mostly trying to hunt us down and kill us, and the fact that she thinks I'm dating Harry is terrible. And now, I'm dating Niall! How is this going to work out? And more inportantly, when is my mom coming back?

"Cally!" Niall shouts, snapping his fingers in my face while still driving the car.

"Huh, what?" I look up from my phone. A contact titled 'Mom' is on my screen.

"I said what do you want to eat?" He says, impatiently.

"I don't really care. Whatever you want." I smile and hold his free hand.

"What about....Taco Bell?" He looks around trying to find out what to eat. Apparently, the only things open at ten o'clock at night are fast food restaraunts. But I should've known before dragging him out here to drive me to food. He doesn't seem to mind. He loves food more than his own mother probably, unless she's the one giving him food.

"Fake mexican food? Eww, no! How about McDonald's?" I point to the big yellow and red sign with an 'M' on it.

He shrugs and drives in to the turning lane. He orders a ten piece chicken nugget meal for us to split. Honestly, I would've gone for getting us seperat meals but he's the driver. Once we get to Harry's house, once again, we desperately run to the door. Our shoulders collide as we both try to fit through the front doorway.

"What the hell are you guys doing?" Harry steps down the last step of the stairs. I push harder than Niall and he ends up falling on the floor, laughing on his way down.

"We just came back from McDonald's. I was hungry and I didn't want to wake you so I called Niall." I take the bag from Niall while I have the chance and rush to the kitchen. I open the bag and inhale the scent of the fries and nuggets. Fast food is way too fattening but it's soo good!

I pop a chicken in my mouth and moan. Soo delicious!

"Aye, don't eat all my chicken, woman!" Niall shouted. I turn around and see him tapping his foot impatiently, waiting for my response. Or for me to move and let him eat the food he bought but I am so hungry right now I could eat a freaking cow! Hey, that rhymed...

"Uh uhh, dis is ma chacken! Ain't nobody gon mess wit my chacken!" I exclaim through the nuggets I previously stuffed my face in.

"Alright then." He walks toward me. "I guess I'll have to-" he pecks my nose with a kiss and lowers his mouth down to my ear.

"Tickle you!" He hollers and starts digging his digits in to my sides. It hurts but also tickles at the same time.

"No! Ple-please.....S-STOP!!" I laugh even more as he tickles my stomach. He stops and grins, staring in to my eyes, his blue eyes piercing mine.

"What?" I ask.

"I don't know, I guess I just thought of the old times. When we were together." He admits.

"I was shit without you, Cally. It may not seem like that but you didn't even talk to me so don't even try to say I wasn't miserable. Because I was. You were the sun that woke me up in the morning, you made me excited to see just one single person everyday. And that was you, Cally. It was all you."

I have no idea how long this is but it's an update!!! I'm writing on my mothers iPad so the screen is a tad too big.
