Super Smash Brothers Brawl: The Subspace Emissary

Chapter 11: The Research Facility

Samus and Pikachu had managed to get into the research facility without knowing that they were walking right into the trap. 

"I just need to do one thing here." Samus told Pikachu while picturing the monster that she had hated for life. 

"Pika.." Pikachu replied, a bit worriedly.

They had entered the room that monitored everything that was going on in the facility. Then suddenly, an alarm went off and started beeping everywhere. Samus and Pikachu quickly ran out of the room and got away as fast as they could.

Without a warning, something grabbed the bounty hunter and flew up. It was Ridley. The monster that once killed Samus's parents. Ridley was laughing and howling at the same time as he smashed the powersuit into the hard metal wall. The monster then dragged the body of the bounty hunter onto the wall.

Pikachu struck a thunder at the monster, saving Samus. Samus fell onto the ground damaged. When she got up, she was smashed back onto the ground by someone. It was Ganondorf. 

"Good work Ridley." The evil man said as the monster grabbed Pikachu. King Dedede showed up with a gun, aiming at Pikachu. Ganondorf held Samus onto the ground with his foot on her back. Pikachu struggled to escape but the monster was too strong.

"No! Pikachu!" Samus screamed, but the poor mouse was turned into a trophy figure. Samus desperately got a hold onto her cannon and fired a charged shot at Ridly while Ganondorf was laughing. Ridley shrieked, then smashed Samus once again onto the wall. Samus looked at the monster with an indescribable hatred in her eyes.  Ridley threw the bounty hunter onto the ground where Ganondorf  was waiting to catch her once again. It was 3 vs 1. Samus was obviously outnumbered.

She then remembered that she had a codec that Snake handed to her. She secretly turned it on as Ganondorf started speaking. 

"Poor girl. Trying to revenge the monster that killed your dear parents, but easily crushed." All Samus could do was give the man a glare while struggling to escape. 

"What do you want!" Samus shouted at Ganondorf. 

"What do I want? I don't want anything from you. You were simply in my way and I'm just serving my master. He wants this whole wolrd sucked into the Subspace. No one can stop him and you will rot behind the bars while you watch all your friends die just like your parents." Ganondorf laughed out loud.

"You monster!" Samus screamed with anger as she thought of her parents, but Ridley once again smacked her, making her weak and half unconscious.

In the moment of desperation, all that the bounty hunter could think about was the man that once saved her. 

"Snake....help..." Samus whispered huskily as she hopelessly thought of him.
