"You awake now?" Someone said just as she opened her eyes.

She groaned and nodded. "Mm."

"H- Hoseok? Why are you here?" She said with a weak and raspy voice, finally realizing that it was Hoseok who was talking.

"You fainted."

"I did?" She asked, eyebrows furrowed. "How did you know?"

"I- It's not what you think. I didn't stalk you." He said. "I followed my mom here secretly."

He let out a shaky sigh. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"H- huh?"

"That your dad was cheating on your mom. With mine."

"...Hoseok, I- I tried to explain to you what happened b-but... I was scared..."

"Why were you scared?"

"Y- you've got mad at me last time, a- and I won't want it to happen again." She felt warm liquid drop down to her cheeks.

Hoseok came to her and hugged her. "Don't cry. I'm sorry, okay?" He caressed her hair. "You should've still told me, it's nothing to me since I'm used to mom cheating on dad."

"You... a- aren't mad?" She asked.

"To you? I won't. Why would I?"

"N- No. To... your mom?"

"I... am of course." He said. "But I can't show it to her, she'll kick me out of the house if I did so. I need a place to live, too. I'm not like you."

"Like me?"

"Yeah. You're rich. I'm not."

"O- oh." She bit her lip. "Don't compare yourself to me. We're nothing different. We're both just human, okay? You can get angry all you want to your mom, because you have the right to."

"You... should be angry to me."

"And why?"

"Because my mom was with your dad."

"No, Hoseok. It was your mom, not you. I have no reason to be all childish and get all grumpy at you just because your mom was with my dad. Hmm?"

"There are so many things you're hiding from me." Hoseok mumbled, but loud enough for Abbie to understand.

"L- like what?"

They pulled away.

"Abbie,"

He seriously looked at her.

"Why didn't you tell me you were sick?"
