A yawn was heard in the distance. A woman stretched her hands out but as she saw a girl on the kitchen, she flinched.

"Omo-"

The girl looked around and as she saw Yoongi's mom, she bowed. "Good Morning, Mrs. Min." She smiled. "I'm making breakfast for you."

"No you don't have to." She warmly smiled. "You should be in bed right now, it's early and Yoongi is still asleep."

"No, no. It's okay, ma'am. I'm used to waking up early. I heard from Yoongi that you wake up early so I decided to make breakfast for you. Don't you go to work, eomonim?"

"You sure are a nice person, aren't you." She chuckled. "I'm not going for now, I want to stay with you and Yoongi."

"Oh, okay. You may sit there, ma'am, and I'll do the rest."

"No, it's okay, ma'am."

"No, let me do it. You shouldn't overwork yourself, especially that you're sick. Sit and rest, you've done enough for now."

Her mouth closed shut, and had nothing to do but do as she told her to.

The woman set the glasses and plates on the table for the two of them. As soon as she was done, she put the food on the plates and sat down in front of her.

"How did you know that I was sick, eomonim?" She finally asked.

"Don't you know? Yoongi always call me every night and he always tells me about you. How you look so beautiful when you sleep, how you're so humble, how you helped an unknown beggar, he really likes you." She smiled. "He even cried to me one night as he told me that you were ill. He sounded like he was dying that time. He was so weak."

"I- I'm sorry, eomonim. All I ever did was hurt him." She said in a low voice.

"No, don't even say sorry. You don't know how much you've helped him." She warmly smiled.

"But-"

"No buts. Let's just go eat and stop this drama, alright?"

She nodded.

As she put the spoonful of food in her mouth, she chewed it. A smile was painted on her face. "This tastes so good. How did you learn to cook?"

"From my mom." She smiled. "My aunt was one of the best cooks, and it had just happened that my mom was, too. She taught me how. I started to cook meals when I was . . . ten? Yeah. But I had my maids cook my meals for me so I haven't cooked for a while."

"Where is she now?"

She bowed her head. "She's gone." She looked up, and smiled. "She's in a way better place."

"I'm sorry to hear that, Abbie."

"No, eomonim. It's okay. I'm really happy that she's there now. She's free from anything. Besides, I'll be coming there too, soon."

"Don't say that." She frowned. "What will you do with Yoongi? He'll get hurt."

She chuckled. "Of course, Yoongi. I'll try my best for him."

"What about your dad?"

"My dad?" She sipped on the glass of her orange juice. "He has another girl after not showing up for years and years."

"Oh."

"I can live without my parents now, I realized I'm happier with Yoongi. I'm really glad that you both are still here for him."

"Of course, we have to be." She smiled. "And I'll be your mom for now, I'll take care of you."

"No, eomonim. I should be the one to take care of you." She chuckled.

"Oh shut up. Let's not argue about this." She chuckled back and ate another spoonful. "Anyways, how's Yoongi? Is he good to you? Has he ever hurt you?"

"No, eomonim." She twinkled. "In fact, he's really caring. He's loving, kind, considerate, and most of all," She whispered, "He's so handsome." She earned a laugh from the woman. "He has all the characteristics a woman would ever ask for a guy. He's like a Prince Charming, he's so perfect. No — he's so ethereal."

She chuckled and sipped on her coffee. "Is he?"

"Yes. He's like a dream guy, it's as if I'm dreaming and no one would wake me up. I sometimes even think to myself, is he even real? He seems too . . . unreal. You know what I mean, eomonim?"

"You're really in love with the guy, aren't you?"

She giggled. "Really."

They finished their food in silence.

After they finished, Abbie finally decided to say something.

"Eomonim."

She looked at her. "Yes?"

"Uh I just wanted to say . . ." She smiled. "Thank you for having Yoongi."

"What?"

"Thank you for having such a beautiful guy with you. So I could be with him. Thank you, eomonim."

She bowed to the older one.

She chuckled. "Stop bowing to me." And she stopped. "I'm really grateful to let Yoongi have a girl like you. Thank you for being with him through his hard times. I'm thanking you for being his girlfriend. So you don't need to thank me. Okay?" She reached out her hands to the girl. "Come here."

She came closer to hug the woman. Tears started to form uncontrollably on her eyes.

Little did they know that two men were looking at the two. Yoongi smiled at the sight of her mother and her loved one getting together.

"I never knew that someone would love me the way I love her." Yoongi uttered, his eyes focused on the girl.

The man stared unconvinced at his son. Yoongi chuckled. "Except you guys, of course." He ruffled his son's hair.

"She's really pretty. Are you sure she's the one for you? Because I'm pretty convinced by her."

"I'm sure that it's her, dad."

He smiled.

"I'm definitely sure."
