DESCRIPTION: After The Next Step wins regionals Noah has to leave the team, and after Jacquie breaks up with him, he decides to leave Toronto where he sees someone from his past. (Set after season 6 AU)

Noah's P.O.V
I can't believe the team won regionals! The Next Step is finally going back to nationals, but I'm not. The Absolute Dance board decided to let me in, even though I'm 18, because my name had already been submitted, but now that the team will be holding auditions I'm officially out.
I'll miss the team, but now that Jacquie and I aren't together anymore, there is nothing holding me back from trying something new. Like auditioning for a touring dance company, the same one that Giselle and Amanda are apart of.
I realize that seeing Amanda again will be hard after the way we left things, but I'm not going to let our past affect the way I perform.
Right now the team and I are dancing to celebrate our win, and in a way, it's their goodbye to me.
I think I'm finally ready to say goodbye.

(One Week Later)
I made it into the company! I'm so glad that my dance wasn't wasted after leaving The Next Step. Today's my first training with the team, Giselle, and Amanda. I'm looking forward to it because I have danced with Giselle and Amanda before and everyone on the team has earned their spot, which means they are really good.
"Alright dancers, I would like to introduce you to our newest member, Noah." I give a quick nod to the team before looking back at the teacher trying to avoid eye contact.
"Today we'll be working on our duets for the next show, so Noah, you'll be with Conrad." A guy with red hair waves his hand at me and I wave back. "Now, get to work."
As I'm walking over to Conrad someone's hand on my arm stops me in my tracks.
"Noah!" That voice, that's the voice of Amanda. "It's so good to see you again. How are you?" She asks giving me a hug.
"I'm fine," I tell her giving her a hug back because it feels right.
"I heard you got a new girlfriend, Jacquie?" Amanda asks finally letting go of me.
"Yeah, but we---" Just as I'm about to tell her about the breakup, someone comes up to us.
"Come on Amanda, we have to go and practice. Hi Noah." Giselle drags Amanda away from the conversation with a quick smile.
"Thanks, Giselle." I mutter under my breath before going over to Conrad so we can start the duet.
Great, now Amanda thinks I'm still dating Jacquie.

(Two Days Later)
After a few days of not talking to Amanda, I finally found the time to do so. Our coach gave us a ten minute break and I know that now is the perfect chance to talk.
"Amanda," I say tapping her on the back which makes her turn around, "can I talk to you?"
"Yeah sure."
We begin our walk outside and I begin to explain.
"You know how the other day you asked about Jacquie?"
"Yeah. How are you two going?" She asks stopping to face me.
"We broke up."
"Why?"
"I guess she didn't want to be with me if I wasn't at The Next Step with her," I reply shrugging my shoulders.
"If I was Jacquie I would stay with you because it shouldn't matter if you dance at the same studio or not."
"I'm glad you think so because I want to ask you something."
"Go ahead," she tells me sitting down on a nearby bench. I follow and sit next to her.
"Do you want to continue what was never finished?" I ask her cryptically.
"What are you talking about, Noah?"
"Amanda. Will you be my girlfriend, again?" I take her hand and squeeze it to tell her I'm for real.
"Noah, I---"
"Guys, coach wants us back in the studio!"
And there Giselle goes again, ruining my chance.
We stand up and begin to walk back to class in silence. Just as we're about to walk in, Amanda puts her arms out.
"Yes." She tells me before walking inside.
Maybe Giselle didn't ruin my chance after all.
