DESCRIPTION: Michelle's first encounter with John leaves room for potentially something more than friendship... (season 3 AU-ish)

Michelle's POV
After becoming an alternate for the internationals team, I started to explore the building more and see what else was on offer. That's how I found Lost and Found Music Studios...that's how I met John.
I had been walking around and saw a group of people walking into a room - a room I had never really taken notice of until now. At that point, my curiosity had gotten the better of me and I just couldn't help myself. I followed the crowd into the room.
Inside was a stage, and on that stage were three boys. One of them I recognised as Luke but the other two I did not know, until after they performed.
The guitarist of the band and come up to me just as I was getting ready to leave.
"Wait up!" He told me pulling on my arm so I would turn around, and what I saw made me stop in my tracks. On stage he looked pretty incredible, but when he was this close to me I really took notice of how handsome he was.
"You look familiar," he said, which caused me to take a step back. When had he seen me? "I've seen you in Studio A with the rest of A Troupe a couple of times," he tells me as if answering my question. "Why aren't you there now?"
"I don't need to be there right now." I looked down, ashamed of myself, "I'm an alternate"
The look on his face surprised me. The shock was mirroring the way I had felt inside this whole time. "Why are you an alternate? You're an amazing dancer, from what I've seen."
This perked me up a bit and allowed me to open up. "My parents got a divorce and with all the moving around the team couldn't rely on me to be there."
"You're gonna get there someday," he told me resting his hand on my upper arm. "You're too incredible not to."
Another comment that made me blush. Such a flirt.
"I'm John, by the way," he said holding out his hand for me to shake, which I took gratefully.
"Michelle."
"Well, Michelle, you definitely are a star for the stage. Maybe I can watch you dance sometime and maybe grab something to eat afterward?"
At that point I knew that he had to be flirting, he was asking me out on a date, after all.
"Sure," I told him. "If only you play for me sometime."
I had hoped he hadn't had a different intention with his previous comment when I replied.
"Of course. It's a date."
And I can't wait.
The feeling I get from being with him is tranquility and absolute bliss. It's as if I'm in heaven... my own little Xanadu.
a/n I know I said I'd update on the day of the season 7 premiere, but I just got way too busy and lost track of time.
