DESCRIPTION: inspiration taken from Noah and Jacquie's duet at regionals. Noah prepares to leave and Jacquie can't handle them not being together. (set in season 6).

"What's really happening?" He asks the girl pulling their foreheads together as tears run down her cheeks.
She turns away from him not wanted him to know the reason for her feelings. But he wants to know, so he goes after her.
"What went wrong?" He asks again pulling her into his arms, but she doesn't speak instead shaking her head, unable to get words out. Collapsing in his arms, Noah is quick to pull Jacquie up. "What's wrong?"
So she pulls him towards a quiet place where they can be alone together.
"You're leaving," is all she can muster up, the tears still in her eyes. "So what happens to us?"
She sits down and he follows suit, "nothing will change," he tries to promise her. He wraps an arm around her and pulls her close - never will he let go of her: of them.
But she's quick to unravel his arm and stand up, walking away from where they once sat. And as she tries to run from the inevitable, he is quick to pull her in for a bittersweet kiss - maybe their last, who knows. Who knows what the future holds.
And that kiss breaks her once again as she falls back into his arms clinging to the hope that the love between them won't change - even when he's gone.
So they sit back down, wrapping themselves up in each other and savoring some of their last moments together.
