DESCRIPTION: James finally meets Finn. (Post Season 6)

Finn sat at one of the tables, his knees shaking. Today was the day he would finally be meeting James, Piper's older brother, and because of some stupid school project, Piper couldn't help Finn.
"Hey!" A voice shouts from across the café. Finn looks up from his shaky hands in his lap to see an older guy with black hair and a leather jacket wave at him.
"That must be James," Finn mutters to himself under his breath before he stands to great the man with a smile.
"So, you're the boyfriend?" James cheekily questions shaking Finn's hand.
"Th-that's me," he stutters, curse his fear of the older man.
"Chill dude. It's all good."
Finn breathed a sigh of relief before taking a big gulp of the coffee he had brought some time ago. Cold.
Forcing down the beverage Finn looks to James who was ordering a drink.
"And another coffee for my friend here," James tells the waitress directing to Finn who gave her a small smile.
Once the waitress had left and was making her way to the counter, James turns his body to face Finn with a grin on his face.
"There's no need to be nervous, I'm fine with you and Piper."
Finn sits back in shock taking in James's words again. After the way Eldon had spoken to him at the Prom, Finn expected James to be anti-Piper-and-Finn.
"Yeah. I mean, if Piper can talk about you for hours on end, I don't think I have anything to worry about."
A smile grew on Finn's face. Piper's brothers blessing was what he had been waiting for. He now knew that him and Piper had no one to stop their relationship.

Some time had passed and James had to leave for band rehearsal, leaving Finn to sit in the juice bar by himself to finish off his (now third) coffee.
"Hey."
Looking up at the same door that James had come in and out of, Finn saw his girlfriend.
"How was your meeting with my brother?" Piper asks Finn sitting down and giving him a kiss.
"Well, he accepts us," he replies, a laugh comes his way.
"Of course he does, silly! He already told me that," Piper tells her now confused boyfriend giving him a little kiss on the cheek.
"But...I thought—," Finn tries to get out but was cut off.
"Come on. Dinner at my house, James and Riley will be there." Piper tells him grabbing onto his hand.
Finn had nothing to worry about, the guy he thought was against him had actually fine with him this entire time.
"Were you nervous?" Piper squeezes Finn's hand knocking him out of his trance.
"Of course not."
Finn lied, and if anyone were to tell Piper different, he would lie again.
He didn't need to be afraid of James. So nobody had to know that he was.
