Day 5: so is this going to be an everyday thing?

To your surprise you actually didn't mind helping out the group of boys or at least most of them yesterday with their extra practice. the tall blond boy with glasses was there and he seemed to glare at you 24/7 making you quiet uncomfortable but for the rest of them they were alright, none of them went to your school but you were hoping to get to know all of them better soon. Watching them reminded you of how many good people their are who play volleyball who are just as passionate as your brother.

When you woke up this morning though, you were very tired and all you wanted to do was go back to sleep, but you managed to push through and grabbed some random clothes and slowly made your way towards the bathroom to get ready and change. But there was one thing stopping you, and that one thing was Kuroo. you didn't expect to see Kuroo so early in the morning especially while you were just only a few steps away from the girls room but you did.  You tried to walk around you to get to the bathroom but he completely stopped you from going in blocking your path as he scanned you over. You were still tired so you didn't say anything to him beside rolling your eyes.

 You were currently still wearing your pajamas which consisted of a pair of shorts and an overly large t-shirts that you had stolen from someone for who knows how long ago. you also had on bunny slippers while your hair was all over the place in a loose messy bun. Kuroo couldn't help but to blush at how cute you were.

"take a picture it will last longer" you quietly say before letting out a rather large yawn. You rub your eyes sleepily just wanting to go change and get a cup of coffee before anyone could tell you otherwise. trying to go around Kuroo wasn't working though as he just kept moving to block you. turning back around you throw the stuff you had in your hands back into your bag in your room before tying up the shirt you had on and letting your messy bun out before rushing to the kitchen to get coffee and nobody was going to stop you.

You enter the kitchen and start to make a pot of coffee as you pull down a mug or at least try to before having to climb onto the counter because all the mugs were on the top shelf! you definitely weren't short you were taller than average but here everything seemed like it was made for a giant or at least it felt like it. you were finally able to grab your mug and make it safely off the counter. placing your mug down you sigh waiting for the rest of the coffee to brew, walking over to the fridge you grab cream, and then grab sugar from one of the shelves.

Soon enough you could smell the coffee from the pot and you could see it was done, you poor your cup and put in enough cream and sugar to make it taste good and take a seat in the dinning hall you let your head rest on the table not noticing one of the guys walk in taking a seat across from you. when you finally did look up you were surprised to Akaashi holding onto your cup of coffee taking sip from it.

"hey that's mine!" you said quickly grabbing it out of his hands holding on to it tightly making him have a small smile on his face.

"you seem pretty protective over that coffee" he says with with a small laugh that made you smile too.

"well i made the coffee so if you really wanted some you should of just asked instead of taking mine" you tell him gesturing over to the kitchen where the pot of coffee was. Akaashi nods grabbing your hand pulling you up from your spot at the table taking you to the kitchen with him to pour himself a cup of coffee. you set your cup down on a counter as you push yourself up to sit next to it, watching Akaashi pour the coffee into his mug.

"so" he begins to speak catching your attention, "is this going to be an everyday thing?" making you raise an eyebrow in question to what he was talking about.

"the coffee?, I mean sure if you wanted it to be but, I usually don't drink it everyday bec-" you start to ramble on only to be cut off by Akaashi's laugh.

"no I meant you playing with us after dinner, but morning coffee everyday doesn't sound to bad either." he tells you making you face heat up.

"oh, um maybe i'm not quite sure on that I wouldn't want to be intruding on your guys work time and all and i'm not sure i was much help yesterday either." you say the second quietly

"I don't think the others would mind, it was fun having you there yesterday and don't worry to much you were plenty of help yesterday." he says with a smile before drinking some of his coffee, this made you smile too.

"okay then its decided, i'll start helping you guys out regularly" you tell him with on of the biggest smiles you could muster, you were happy that he wanted you to be there. But Akaashi still had another thing on his mind, he wanted to know more about you, you were strange but, he liked that about you. He thought watching you kick your legs back-n-forth while sipping your coffee you surely looked like a bit of a mess, with your hair and big t-shirt tied up , along with the fact you still had your bunny slippers on.

"nice slippers" Akaashi said surprising you making your face completely red, before walking out of the kitchen.

"Hey! Wait! don't just say something like that and walk away!"you say quickly jumping off the counter going after him, trying not to spill your coffee in the process.

"Akaashi you come back here right now!" your voice carried through the halls.

"Ohohoho sounds like Akashi got in trouble with someone" Bokuto laughs to Kuroo who also laughs along too.

"it actually sounds like (y/n)" Kenma says the alarming the two boys making them rush out into the hall to see you running after Akaashi who had a smirk on his face while you both still had coffees in your hands. the boys watching couldn't help but to smile at the two second years running down the hallway so early in the morning.

But this also marked the first day that you and Akaashi would have either coffee or tea in the morning together.
